Lack of information and damaged cue
I was told I would receive an email to say when the cue would be dispatched, I didn’t and had to chase it to find that it was dispatched the day before. Delivery was made within the 3-7 days which I was to expect but being notified would be nice.
The cue has come with scratches on the butt, I have emailed them but haven’t had a reply.
It also doesn’t look as nice as the photos.

Online Order for Cue & Case Set
Order placed online during Xmas/New Year week. Originally received email to say item would be dispatched from 6th Jan. Received email 5th Jan saying it was dispatched and arriving 7th Jan. Morning of the 6th, received another email saying it would be delivered that morning. I mention this as I had a match Weds evening and thought it wouldn't arrive in time and to my surprise it did! So I was impressed with that aspect.
As for the item (cue & case), again, exceeded my expectations really. Turned out to be better than I was expecting and therefore I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the overall experience.
Would definitely buy from Riley/BCE again. Great transaction. Recommended.

The majority of our cues do indeed have 'bumpers' on the base of the cue, but come in different forms from Rubber, to traditional leather and, in some of our higher end cues resin.

Very Disappointed
I can honestly say I cant remember a purchase that disappointed me so much before.
I understand that I did not buy a top of the range slate table but I still expected better.
The workmanship wasn't great, the joints and the pockets not fitted great. One pocket had scratch marks on it which I only noticed when setting it up. Another pocket had glue marks on it where it hadn't been cleaned before sale or finished off, and as for the ball return, I had to search for 2 or 3 balls every frame I played! I was not impressed at all!!!
Sadly at the moment I have far more than just a poor buy to cope with, as health issues are drowning me. So despite your offer to contact you I have more important issues. But I really did expect better!

Bought a table from Riley assuming it…
Bought a table from Riley assuming it would be good quality given the name, however I was very dissatisfied with the item, the table is cheaply made, cues are cheap, the cloth has ridges in it, the dart board on the back is plastic with cheap plastic darts that are completely unusable
Spoke to customer services about my concerns and was fobbed off and obviously the item can’t be returned once built, but no way of seeing the quality before building.
Definitely avoid and spend the money on a good quality table

20 days (and counting ( I have been waiting for a snooker…
15 days I have waiting for a snooker cue . I would not recommend this company at all . ….. edited version …… order was placed on the 1st December and STILL nothing . Company replied to comment but still have not gave me an answer . It’s like they are not interested. Trading standards next . New update ………. It’s now 20 days and still no sign of delivery . Quite shocking !!!!!

The product is very nice
The product is very nice, I had to pay an other 60 dollars at the door for delivery after had already paid 30 pounds to you. When I opened the pack I was surprised to see many stickers made in china. The tips supposed to be 9.5 mm but it’s 10mm in the pack.

The £30 fee is our shipping fee. However, any additional fees would be a shipping handling fee, which will differ by country/region and unfortunately we would not have any control over.
With regard to the tip size, we supply 10mm tips to allow players to cut and shape the tips as they desire. This is standard procedure when applying a new tip to a Snooker/Pool cue.

RILEY ENGLAND CUSTOM HANDMADE CUES
High Quality and Top Service including customer service for questions and problems.
I ordered the Riley England - Burwat Black Snooker Cue - 1 as a one-piece cue with a length of 59" (150cm). I also chose 17.5 oz and a 9.5mm tip.
The cue plays really well and gives you really good feedback on the stroke.
I've never experienced such a good feel for the game, nor such precise cueing.
Absolutely recommended.
