Impressed with Cue quality and delivery time to South Africa
Im in South Africa and more than a little sceptical about purchasing from outside my country on a online platform but this company made it easy, simple and really fast.
The best part however was the cue, really good value and I'm already planning to purchase a Burwat one next.
Great service , great fast and tracked delivery - I'm definitely impressed.

Not worth the money as cheap materials used
We received the table im great time, I have left leaving a review till we have used the table a few times so I can leave an honest review. Firstly this table isn’t worth the £499 paid, our table bed does not run straight and the balls curve and the fabric covering the table is thin and cheap, secondly the cues that are included are not fit to be used on the table, after only using the table 4/5 times the cue has scuffed the fabric and left a top sized hole because the edges of the cues are so sharp .. so we now have a table that is completely useless in under a week of owning it .. I have reached out to the company to return for a full refund as the table and cues are not fit for purposes. The table isn’t being used by young children but 2 adults a 17 and 18 year old so isn’t being abused. not a happy customer

delivery cost was increased due to our address being Aberdeen (still United Kingdom but not classed as such, maybe my geography is wrong but I thought Scotland was still part of the UK....questioning the legality around increased delivery costings...almost an extra £100!!!). Only gave 3 stars, because I wanted to buy British and support our country and the environment. Riley has been synonimus with Snooker for decades.
Nowhere did it indicate that their cues were made in China if I had have this I could have purchased a similar set up elsewhere significantly cheaper.
I requested a heavier cue ie 18.5 oz but was sent one at 17 oz.
You can not phone the company to speak to someone to ask advice, it all has to be done through emails. If you you could speak to someone all of this could have been established.
On the positive side my order was well packed and the order could be tracked.

Whilst the majority of our cues are produced overseas, we do still have the in house design and development capabilities in the UK. Naturally with production cues, there will be a weight tolerance, and we will always do our best to supply the closest weight that maybe requested, based on the stock we have at our disposal.
Please also note that we do offer Custom Cues on our website and these are indeed made to order in the UK and to your requirements, this includes an exact weight selection.
Our sister company Riley England also designs and produces luxury snooker and pool tables in the UK.
These are made to order in the UK as they have been for over 125 years.

A good cue at a realistic price
A good cue at a realistic price. It was delivered promptly, well packaged. I do question the value of the 60 day returns policy since it says the cue must be returned unchalked; so no way of trying it out

Initial thoughts
Kept up to date on delivery time, on time, polite and helpful delivery driver. Clear instructions, it took a couple of hours to construct, looks good quality, will be tested when my grandsons use it for the first time at the weekend. Will comment further then.

New Snooker Cue Purchase
My purchase was trouble free and items delivered as promised.
Disappointed you don’t offer more cue extensions especially a longer telescopic screw in option, I had to order one from another supplier, it would have been so much easier to purchase everything from you!

Quality cue
Very easy to use website and as an added bonus I received a promo code which I wasn’t expecting so the cue was even cheaper than anticipated.
It came well packaged and protected (took some opening!)
After checking it all out the cue looks and feels fantastic, can’t say how it plays as I haven’t used it yet but am looking forward to it.
Overall a very good experience.
