Great strap and excellent service
Ordered a black 95cm rope camera strap on Wed 21st Dec. Despite the run up to Christmas and Royal Mail strikes etc. it was delivered Sat 24th. Very impressed with the strap and the excellent service and communication from Andrew. Fits perfectly on my Hasselblad 907X and a big improvement. I also really like the small leather discs supplied to protect the camera from the rings.

Always deal with owner managed businesses
Placed an order for a dual camera strap from RIGU on the Sunday, spoke to Andrew on the Monday received it on the Tuesday.
In the week before Christmas
Thats exactly why I always prefer to deal with owner manager businesses as they care to get it right

Great product & service
Great product, service and communication. Once placed order was fully updated on tracking. When product delivered was quality and excellent packaging including nice branded lens wipe.
Will definitely use Rigu in future.

Superb Service
After seeing one of their products used in a photo on social media i had to visit their website and have a look for myself.
I bought 2 filters, chose next day delivery due to recent postal strikes and they arrived the following day, absolutely beautifully packaged, each in its own case and the box it arrived in was very well package with the invoice inside the box.
I also received an email from them confirming collection by Royal Mail and service from them was just fantastic.
I look forward to using these new filters :)

I bought some shutter releases from this seller. The products were all very well made, well packaged and well priced. The seller even included a freebie which he felt was not perfect (and therefore not for sale)... the freebie looked great to me.

First class service, highly recommended
Wow, fantastic service at a competitive price, thank you so much Andrew. I’ve been looking at buying some photography light-painting equipment for a while, the main dealer being in the US, but having found Rigu I thought I’d give them a try, as they are UK based and the prices including delivery worked out a bit cheaper too. I placed my order shortly before 5pm on Thursday, selected the free delivery option and was really surprised to have the items delivered by Royal Mail just before 10am Saturday. All along Andrew had been in touch via email. I really couldn’t ask for better service and would definitely recommend Rigu to anyone. Support your local small businesses as they won’t let you down.

Incredible service, great products
I cannot recommend this business enough!!! I ordered some Hold Fast harnesses from Rigu and they were delivered very quickly, even over a bank holiday and the communication was fantastic. The harnesses are perfect and I would happily give my review 10 stars and would recommend to anyone in the market for camera harnesses to only shop here.
