I found Rigu when searching for a new camera strap and have been so impressed that it's not another faceless store but instead a really great personal site where the owner emails you directly to keep you up to date with your order. Very happy with everything I've purchased so far and I'll definitely be back when I need anything else. Plus stickers with your order too!

Personalised camera strap
I recently ordered a personalised camera strap for my brother and would highly recommend using Rigu. The page on personalisations was very clear, including recommendations for which colour strap works best for a personalisation. The whole customer experience has been very clear, it arrived quickly and the quality of the camera strap itself is great.

Excellent personal service
Purchased a leather camera strap, explaining in the comments box provided on the order page exactly what I was ordering this product for, in case it might not be quite right. Immediately received not just a tracking link, but a helpful and friendly reply, clearly written by an actual human being. The strap arrived promptly and safely, well-packaged, and is a quality product which I would expect to last for years. I recommend this business highly.

Great product, great service.
I've been looking for a good leather camera neck strap and came across Rigu quite by chance. Their black leather (other colours too) camera strap looked good and was well priced.
I had good service and communication from Andy and am now the happy owner of two well-made and comfortable straps.

Rigu went above and beyond! Great products & customer service
My experience of Rigu was outstanding! I was interested in a personlised product, and messaged the team as I'd stumbled across their products at short notice and wanted to ensure it could arrive in time as it was a gift. I received a very prompt response, and I'm pleased to say they went above and beyond to help me out, and I received the gift in plenty of time. Once the strap arrived, I was also really pleased with the quality of the product, as well as the boxing/presentation of the product. Really great gift!
