We bought insurance online, then 2 weeks later got an email - at the same address - saying "Act now to secure cover for your property. Quick, clear and trusted. Click to buy now".
The fact you don't know we're already your customer, isn't filling us with much confidence.
Oh! You also sent me to the USA TrustPilot page. So you don't know who we are, or what country the insured property is in. 🙄

The email you mentioned should only be sent to customers who have obtained a quote but have not purchased. Because our data isn’t real-time, there is a small chance a customer can purchase after the send list is prepared but before the email actually goes out. This is usually a short period of time, so a two week gap is longer than we’d expect in the process, which is why we would like to look into this specifically. We’ve sent you a private message, requesting more information so that we can investigate this matter further.
Regarding the links from the Trustpilot widgets, these are supplied directly from Trustpilot. The pages do link correctly to the RightSure for Business page, but via the US domain. We have raised this as a concern with Trustpilot to see how this can be fixed.
