Shocking and horrible 3rd party agents. They are not the actual insurers however they get paid commissions. Avoid any home insurance from this company even if it’s free of charge.

Chris jumped straight on an urgent new business policy for me, offered perfect terms at a price that was acceptable for the client. I was about to tell the client I had nothing to offer them but Chris saved the day!

Incredibly poor company. Any substantial claim and they refuse to pay out citing whatever reason they can - in the case of the current claim they are literally lying to get out of paying out a genuine escape of water claim from a burst pipe, stating that it was due to failed silicon and then refusing to ensure the property in future stating it wasn't as described. Absolute useless company and strongly suggest you do not touch them with a barge pole

Pen are always very responsive, happy to help when reviewing premium/excesses/covers and are always there to support. I would recommend Pen Underwriting to any of my claims in respect of coverage and claims service.
