Muy mal, escpeculadores. Te responsabilizan de qualquier cosa que le pase a la bicicleta, tienes que contratar tu un seguro por si roban y esto tendría que recaer en ellos. Sino pagas tu un dineral. La bicicleta daba fallos de batería des de el principio y no la cambiaron. Un servicio malísimo y caro. NO CONTRATEN NUNCA.

I took the cycle yesterday 10 minutes after two o'clock when I came home with the cycle when I checked its battery and put the battery on charging, the charging was not working. I take a bicycle from a place and it breaks on the same day. because it is not working it has a hundred kinds of problems neither its gate changer is working nor its battery is working nor its charging is working so what will I do by keeping it and my working days are lost because of you guys and from where I received it. There isn't a proper person working there. One thing I had to get a reason for is getting me at ten minutes past two.

Not a good start, no replies after two enquiries through webform and email for renting and running a bike just outside London.

I have been with zoomo for quite a few weeks now and I tell you it is excellent riding with their bikes and whats more excellent than that is their customer service. The staff are really kind and helpful even when I used to show up without any reservations.

Fraud people never ever rent bike from them they rent you bike and they have tracker in each bike they stole your bike which they rent you and make claims in court and they get 5 times value of money bike from you be aware they are scam

I rented E-bike after 4 days i go for return at the time of return he was one of the rudest person on earth talking with me in very insulting way and after a long argument he accepted return took one week rent thats fine not return my deposit thats also fine he charged me extra 55 pounds for I don’t know what he said you are returning before time what a non sense i got job i don't have time to return what was the purpose of taking deposit if you want to charge again extra again really not recommend 👎

Old bikes, bad quality, expensive price.

La peor empresa de bicicletas que puedes existir,, no se la recomiendo a nadéis la lleva a reparar y con un arañazo te cambian la pieza entera y te la cobran, dos días de retraso te bloquean la bici no importa el tiempo que tenga con ellos bici pesada e incómoda en subida es como si fuera en una bicicleta normal

No lo recomiendo para nada , me entregaron una batería con un desperfecto y después me la querían cobrar como nueva además obligando a firmar contrato para financiar el pago de la mismo no pudiendo entregar la bicicleta. Osea me salio más caro entregarla que recibirla que locos están cero estrellas

Been renting the soco cpx from them since June of this year. Paid every penny of rent to them. Bike was having some mechanical faults which should be covered by the warranty. Instead they wanted to charge me in total over £1000 for a new charger and repairs. Their intentions was to most probably claim the warranty and charge me as well. Do not rent from this company under any circumstances. The mechanic does not even know how a switch a works. I had to explain to the mechanic how it works.

Ive had the worst experience with this company in regards to renting a mopped from them. First the customer service was very slow to reply to any concerns or issues regarding my service. Price was agreed upon through uber and when it came to payment it was more than originally agreed plus another £6 a week in case of theft etc. plus with an uber account there was a deal that you received a bonus after every 200 deliveries which i never received and i emailed about this query three or four times to no response. I have changed to a new company which their prices are 30% weekly cheaper than here for the same mopped and with no deposit needed. I still not have received my deposit back for the mopped which is gave back over 10days ago and the deposit was £200. They also charged me for a penalty with no explanation or details of what this penalty is.
So advice for anyone who is thinking of going with this company think very strongly before agreeing to anything with them as they don’t regard their customers issues and concerns

Worst service with a high price tag among all the bike rental services in the UK. Really disappointed with the service.

Kashif and Mr. Fey has been very helpful. The services have been outstanding. I am quite happy with the moped. No issue.
