Pésimo servicio y no dan solución
Pésimo servicio, llevo un mes esperando mi paquete y no me dan respuesta ni solución y mucho menos me devuelven el dinero. No compréis. Sigo igual, mi número de pedido es 9786102 y siempre es la misma respuesta, que pedirán el número de seguimiento a la empresa. Sigo sin tener ni mi dinero ni mi pedido.

Not received item
I ordered about a month ago, and have not received my item. After contacting them I have had no response. I am extremely disappointed and have had to purchase the item elsewhere, but due to the lack of communication I am worried I will not get my money back.

To make a late delivery worse
To make a late delivery worse, when I received my parcel It was totally the wrong rug provided to my order. I contacted the customer service email address immediately. They came back within todays apologising and staying if I wanted to return and wait for the correct rug or have a full refund . Once I advised I wanted a full refund and the returns method I’ve not heard anything since l, even though I’ve chased a couple of times. even though I replied instantly tomorrow will be the sixth day waiting for the barcode to return the wrong item and get my monent back
