booked taxi a few days ahead . When it didn’t arrive tried to locate driver on app and found it had been cancelled without notice . No method to speak to company .
this was the second occurrence

Won't go in to detail because I was happy with taxi service until the driver got greedy, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask I won't be using them again and they missed out on two airport trips,

Had a taxi booked at 06:45 to Manchester airport. driver turned up late, stopped to refuel and then tried to charge me in cash instead of the pre-selected card option.

Spoke to customer service, who argued semantics and offered no resolution.

Pre booked a taxi, they cancelled it 10 minutes before then tried to charge double. Avoid like the plague.

Waste of space this company delta brill ride disgusting

Won't be getting these taxis again couldn't find my location so they cancelled the ride without informing me which meant me waiting for a taxi that wasn't going to show what a terrible service had to cancel were I was going because of this.

Useless if they aren't cutting drivers off they're sitting in loading bays getting stoned.

Awful company never on time do not use these for work you’ll will be 100% guaranteed late every time with no fail even booked 2 nights in advance they’re late

I have given this taxi service one star, as someone who works the nights and needs a lift home in order to be safe, many taxi drivers wait for 1 minute and get impatient and cancel the taxi ride. Which is ironic as when I book a taxi it takes the driver 5 minutes if not longer to arrive at the destination, but the drivers can’t wait for more than a minute. I mean if they can’t wait up to 5 minutes with car engine off, (so they don’t waste fuel) why be a taxi driver plus getting out of work will take sometime up to 3 minute by the time I get out of the building I’ll be in the nick of time. I have had many bad experience with this taxi service many of the drivers are racist (Pakistani drivers towards Bengali passengers) and condescending. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, nowhere to make a formal complaint on the app. I am only speaking for the Lancashire area for taxi services. Unsure whether it operates across the UK.

There are also many good things I can say is that there are some really good drivers. You can have a good conversation with some drivers which makes the drive feel better, less mundane (Boring). Many are polite and kind as well. There are many who come on time and wait up to 5 minutes if not longer. However, these types of drivers you only find in the day shifts whereas, the night shift drivers are the worst.

he parked in the wrong spot, weren’t infront of my house but i gave him benefit of the doubt as my house is a new build, as i was approaching the car he started driving off and clicked end and he saw me in his rear view mirror try to open the door and he locked the doors and said i was a “no show” yet i was right behind his car?

Pre-book simply doesn’t work anymore- driver only gets assigned when you chase as to why your pre-book hasn’t turned up!
3 return journey’s in 3wks have all been terrible.
Was wonderful when VIP, great when Delta, but useless now Ride.
Won’t use again unless really really desperate.

Hi. I booked a ride earlier today 13.10.2023, 08:52. I was put a note for the driver that I want return as well. But once I arrived at the destination he told me he can't do return because he was taking another ride and if I want return I need to book that on the app but is not working. I've been doing this return (6 Skipton Road - Blossom Tree Childcare Centre / Blossom Tree Childcare Centre - 6 Skipton Road) in the past 2 years and this thing never happened before. I also have print screen with my booking and note. Please take some action. Driver name is Waqar Ahmed, Plate number FP17KFC, Car BLACK TOYOTA AVENSIS.

Very rude drivers, I have been a customer for more than 5 years until today after another driver shouted at me and droped me off in the midle of the road in the rain without valuable reason. 80% of the drivers are very rude. I have made several complaints this year…still nothing happened. No respect for the customers! So today this company lost me after more than 5 years of being their customer. I advice everyone not travel with this company.

we have just been dropped at our airport Hotel, fantastic journey with a lovely personable driver Ana's muktar, credit to ride.

The driver of the taxi was unaware of the highway code and the need to give way at a give way sign, he also proceeded to cross the give way sign because he was travelling too fast to stop, and did not observe the highway code. the driver also was abusive to the person driving the car I was in. Additionally, when I called the company to alert them of this problem instead of apologising, they were rude and used discriminatory language
