From start to finish this was one of the best companies I’ve ordered a product from. They didn’t quite have what I was looking for on the website, so I emailed to ask if they could change something on one of their existing items, and they responded the same day, were incredibly helpful and informative which helped me pick the perfect frame. The frame came within 10 days despite being made to order, was well packaged and looks absolutely fantastic. 10/10 service and would happily use their services again.

Ordered a frame for my raw cards, overall a great experience and a well made product. The only flaw is that the cardsleeves are attached with some adhesive tape, I feel like this could be done a bit more proffesional. But overal a good product, would order again!

I really wanted to leave 5 stars because I've bought a couple of things and the experience has been great.

I've purchased 2 frames from Ridanco this year. Their customer service is fantastic, and I was very happy with every part of the service, but the reason I couldn't leave 5 stars is that the frames are difficult to set up.

The cards going into it are very expensive, and the quality and design of the frame means you really have to fiddle, squeeze and push cards into place so they look displayable.

The quality in general is good but there has to be a better way to insert cards into your frames that doesnt risk damage and makes the process smoother for the buyer.

Other than that Ridanco would've gotten an easy 5 stars.

I couldn’t be happier with this custom frame! The craftsmanship is top-tier, and it showcases my PSA-slabbed Pokémon cards like true works of art.

Honestly, I was a little nervous about it shipping from the UK to the States, but it arrived perfectly, safe and sound! Paying the tariffs through UPS was quick and effortless, too. I’m beyond impressed with the whole experience and will absolutely be ordering another one!
