Elsker alt ved Rice og ville købe meget mere hvis det ikke lige var for prisen som er i den dyre ende. Men gode produkter, god kundeservice og mulighed for at betale med Klarna - jeg er fan!

Cappuccino-Löffel…

Ich habe verschiedene Cappuccino-Löffel bestellt und bin begeistert von den fröhlichen Farben, den schönen Muster und der tollen Qualität. Sehr kurze Lieferzeiten, super verpackt (etwas weniger Verpackungsmaterial könnte man andenken), alles bestens!!!!

Very happy with this item

Very happy with this item. Good size. Great pink color, shinny. Brings a pop of color in my kitchen.
Delivery went without flaws.
Packaging was amazingly safe for the item to travel. Will order again

I recently ordered a vase, and while the design is beautiful, I was disappointed to find a defect on the product. Given the price, I expected a flawless item.

bad service

I do like the products and I would like to order again. Except the payment is changed and I cannot pay with Ideal like I did last month!!! And also no posibility to contact on saturdays, no chat or anything.

I understand your frustration about the payment method change. We have experienced som difficulties with Ideal, and therefore we no longer use that payment method. But I’ll pass your feedback along to our team.

As for support on Saturdays, I’m really sorry for any inconvenience. We are closed in the weekends and do not yet have a chatbot.

Ingen hjælp til retunering

Ingen hjælp til retunering, de vidste åbenbart godt at dao ikk kan leverer hos dem, kunne være en ide med en label fra rice, som fraregnes returvare, så man ikk skal det igennem. Vær sikker på du kan bruge alt inden du køber hos Rice😳👎🏻

Vi er kede af at høre, at du har haft en dårlig oplevelse med returnering af rice produkter.
Når du sender en returpakke med DAO, bliver pakken leveret til en pakkeshop. Vi kan desværre ikke hente pakkerne direkte fra pakkeshoppen, og derfor kan vi ikke modtage returneringer sendt til afhentning. Dette fremgår af vores Handelsbetingelser.
For at returnere varer, skal du selv sørge for at købe en returforsendelse, der leverer direkte til vores firmaadresse.
Du kan nemt udfylde en returneringsformular på vores hjemmeside, hvor du kan vælge de produkter, du ønsker at returnere.

Alles bestens

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Kein unnötiges Plastikverpackungsmaterial. Das ist schonmal prima. Die Ware ist auch genau wie erhofft. Und schön, wie eigentlich alles von rice.
