Undgå Rhyde
Jeg købte et løbehjul via Refurbed, hvor forhandleren var Rhyde i Spanien. Fra start var der fejl (21 og 28), og efter første reparation var fejlen der igen med det samme.
Jeg har skrevet over 60 mails, og Rhyde nægtede at anerkende problemerne – de påstod endda, at vi selv havde lavet skader og skrammer. De lovede hurtig levering, men løbehjulet blev i stedet dumpet foran min dør, mens jeg var på ferie. Samtidig startede de 30 dages returret dér, hvilket reelt gjorde den værdiløs.
Til sidst fik jeg næsten hele beløbet retur – men kun fordi Refurbed trådte til. Refurbed ydede en fair service, men Rhyde har leveret den værste kundeservice, jeg nogensinde har oplevet.
Jeg lavede ordren 28/6, med forventet levering inden for 14 dagen. Der gik næsten en måned.
Og nu er vi i slut september og sagen er lige blevet afsluttet.
Jeg kan kun advare mod at handle hos Rhyde.

DONT EVER BUY FROM THEN
Dont ever buy from this website or from them on refurbed. Totally the worst costumer service EVER to exist, blaming the costumer for the damages their scooter came with. I tried to refund it and wanted to get my money back, but no. They wanted me to pay for the damages, about 250$ when the scooter costed like 320$ so when i said just ship it back to me and thought about just selling it on facebook market or something, they require a 50 EURO fee and when i got it back the box was sooooo damaged and the scooter also got damaged

We’re truly sorry to read about your experience and understand your frustration. Regarding the €50 fee, this seems to have been a misunderstanding — return shipping should not have been charged. We will open an internal case immediately and arrange a refund of that amount.
Concerning the condition of the scooter, our mechanics reported signs of water exposure and prior tampering, which unfortunately voids the warranty. To be transparent, here’s a short excerpt from the technician’s assessment:
“The scooter arrived dirty underneath the mudguards, with visible water damage inside. Some screws on the controller were loose, suggesting the scooter had been opened. The display cover had also been removed and showed scratches from use.”
We always aim to treat customers fairly, so we regret that this process left you dissatisfied. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’ll review our procedures to ensure clearer communication and a smoother experience in the future.

Estafadores
Estafadores. Realizé el pago del patinete e nunca me lo ha enviado e me dijeron que cancelara el pedido. Lo cancelé e nunca recibí el patinete ni el reembolso. Eso fue el día 9 de junio e ya estamos a último de mes No compren nada en esa empresa. Pedido #2033. Estafadores no caigan en lo de esa “empresa”

En este caso, ha realizado una solicitud de alquiler, cuyo proceso de pago pasa por una plataforma de riesgo y análisis de perfil.
Como le hemos comentado de manera directa, esto lleva tiempo, razón por la cual nunca hemos tomado su pago, sino que fue la tarjeta quien el retuvo el pago por tanto tiempo.
Nuevamente lamentamos el inconveniente, espero que cuando este listo para comprar un producto, pueda ver nuestras opciones.

If I were you
If I were you, I wouldn't buy anything there. Send 2nd hand stuff but they are very damaged. Tires are not good and buttons are defective. And then say that it was sent in good condition. Ordering nothing waste of your money.

Cancelled my order out of no ware
They just cancelled my order saying that i had cancelled it, which i had not. They also say on said on their homepage that it was free delivery, however that was not the case.

To clarify: your order was placed just as the product went out of stock. We cancelled it before any charge was made to avoid keeping you waiting unnecessarily or having to process a refund later. Our goal was to act quickly and avoid frustration — but we understand this wasn’t communicated clearly, and we apologize for that.
As for shipping, we do offer free delivery in Spain, and we clearly display this both on our homepage and during checkout. Any potential shipping costs are always shown upfront before confirming payment.

Esto es una broma, no caigan
De verdad que tenia bastantes expectativas con ellos, ponen un patinete en venda qué ni siquiera tenían disponible, y luego dicen que pagando envio expres te llega en 24 horas, o máximo 48 esto es una completa broma, me hicieron perder mas de una semana entera esperando para nada, al final tuve que cancelar, ahora ando en una bici sudando por culpa de esta supuesta empresa de patines reacondicionados.

Sentimos muchísimo lo ocurrido. No haber podido cumplir con los plazos prometidos ni con la disponibilidad del producto es inaceptable, y entendemos perfectamente tu frustración.
Hemos revisado este caso internamente y estamos tomando medidas para que no vuelva a pasar: desde mejoras en la sincronización de inventario hasta mayor transparencia en los plazos de envío.

pedí el patín día 10 mayo a día 17 de mayo no obtengo contestación mi pedido es el #1994 todos los días me dicen que tiene que venir una pieza que lo tiene que ver el control de calidad...no me dicen fecha exacta de entrega pero para cobrar si lo icieron el mismo día solo espero constetacion o obtare por la devolución falta de profesionalidad servicio pésimo todo el rato ya te llamaré nadie me da una explicación

Hey,
As of now I really cannot give a optimal review since I haven't recieved my order scooter yet. But, there are still positive things to say about Rhyde. Their website is very easy to understand and navigate through which makes choosing a scooter quite easy. Their customer service is one of the quickest I've ever seen and kinda helpful. You can also contact them if you do not know which scooter fits you so that is another plus.
Once again, I will write a full review after I have recieved my scooter. But, things are looking on the good side so far!
