I ordered a Xiaomi Scooter 4 from Rhyde, and my overall experience was excellent. What initially attracted me to this website was that they offer a 1-year warranty and a 15-day return policy, which gave me confidence in my purchase.

After I placed my order, they contacted me by email to let me know that the Xiaomi Scooter 4 was temporarily out of stock. Instead of making me wait or canceling the order, they upgraded me at no extra cost to the Xiaomi Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Generation).

The scooter I originally ordered had a range of around 35 km, but they sent me the upgraded model with a 60 km range, which was a fantastic surprise. They also delivered it on time and included a brand-new charger.

To make up for the inconvenience, they even included a Xiaomi helmet and a mobile phone holder as complimentary gifts.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Rhyde. Their customer service was professional, they went above and beyond to keep me satisfied, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy an electric scooter.

The worst customer service ever! I purchased an electric scooter via Refurbed. It came with a bad battery which didn't charge at all. I informed them directly wanting to return an item and get my money back. But NO. For ten days now they are stringing me along sending the same messages about "internal processes". I'm afraid I might not be able to get my money back. Refurbed customer service tried to take an issue under control but Rhyde seems to ignore their requests as well. It's infuriating!

J'ai acheté une draisienne dans cette société ils m'ont escroqué de 229 € pour la trottinette pour mon fils c'est une escroquerie vous font croire qu'ils vous ont livré au bout du compte il voulait pas et vous vous faire croire qu'ils vont faire le nécessaire ayez-vous il joue avec le temps ils escroquent les gens à fuir c'est des escrocs des gros escrocs et des voleurs j'ai bien dit des voleurs

Excellent suivi, très sérieux, communication impeccable. Il est rare aujourd'hui de retrouver autant de sérieux et de savoir faire. Merci et bravo!

Venía con un desperfecto y no obtuve solución

Buen servicio. Es cierto que en la valoración final suelen bajar el importe inicial, pero asumen los gastos de envío y el trato es bueno. En mi caso, la transferencia ha tardado en llegar más de 10 días, pero ha sido satisfactorio el trato y el importe final está dentro de lo razonable. Valoración general, bastante buena :D

Todo correcto, buena atención y con la ayuda que necesites.

Les vendí un patinete me hicieron una oferta inicial y la respetaron me pagaron la cantidad que me habían ofertado mediante la tasación online.
El pago fue rápido envié el patinete un jueves y el martes siguiente ya estaba el ingreso hecho en mi cuenta

I don't speak much Spanish yet so the whole process of registering my non-DGT-certified eScooter and finding an insurer has been very stressful, HOWEVER, Rhyde were excellent and after a couple of failed phone calls (totally my fault for living in Spain and not speaking Spanish!) they switch to email where we could both use a Translation tool. Licence plate sticker arrived within a few days, well made and well packed. Will recommend without hesitation. Thanks Rhyde :-)

Me parece una falta de respeto de estos señores en utilizar mi número de celular que no les he brindado por ningún lado. Ni siquiera sabía de la existencia de esta porquería de tienda como para que me andén llamando seguramente para promocionar sus productos.
