Top bricky/mason shop
Little gem of a shop for brickies/masons.
Very helpful and knowledgeable owner, who only stocks the very best tools from Marshalltown, Bon (no W Rose unfortunately 🤷) Stabila and a few other choice brands.
Ridiculous selection of trowels on display to hold and get a feel for.
Their own brand profiles, clamps and mortar buckets are of the best quality I've seen.

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your Hoddy Bucket.
You will see from the numerous independent product reviews from customers on our website that these have been hugely popular.
These are not comparable to an’Invincible Bucket’ as they do not have the Patented Steel Ring around the rim which is a unique design feature of this product.
As with all the products we sell, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund if you are unhappy in any way.

Failing services
Ordered an item, paid and delivery was supposed to take 1-3 working days, after 2 weeks steel waiting for item, awful service, still they have contacted me informing that they have troubles with container been deviated to another country, I will avoid in future this company.

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience.
As discussed with you at the time, and as you mentioned in your review, unfortunately there was an unexpected delay with us receiving the stock from the US. As soon as we realised this we gave you options of a full refund, exchange or to wait for the product to be delivered.
You chose to wait for the product to be delivered. It then transpired that unfortunately due to industrial action in Felixstowe, the shipping container was diverted to Rotterdam, which delayed this further.
Both of these issues were sadly outside of our control but we did keep you abreast of the situation as best we could.
We’re sorry that your shopping experience with us did not meet with your expectations.
