This is not my first purchase from rhino.I have bought a set of these gallows brackets before,good piece of kit so bought second sets also have a set of profile out riggers

Good fast service

Overall a good experience and I would certainly order from Rhinobuild again when buying quality tools.

I was looking around to get a decent steel wheelbarrow with a double front wheel that are flat-free. This turned out to be harder to find in the UK than I expected, but then I found myself at Rhinobuild's website looking at the Bon Tool Trade Tough Steel Tray Wheel Barrow.

Positives:
-When I rang up up questions, they were quick to answer and more than happy to answer any queries I had.
-Via email, again they were very responsive, so overall communication was a good experience (shoutout to Cath for being the one to respond to most, if not all of my queries)
- Quality - Rhinobuild definitely sells quality products, and I'll certainly be checking them out again for tools in the future, especially ones I want to last a long time.
- Options - Again, I appreciate the fact they even had the option for ordering a steel wheelbarrow, with double wheels, flat-free and with steel handles too

Negatives:
- I felt the delivery estimate was a bit optimistic. I wasn't in any rush, but it's worth being aware that factory orders can take a while to arrive. That said, they do inform you of this before placing the order. Also I'd rather wait a little longer for better quality that will hopefully last years and years.
- I saw that Bon Tool have more options than what I could see on Rhinobuild's website. For example, I was interested in the Bon Pro Plus version of the wheelbarrow to get both double wheels and the leg stabiliser, but Rhinobuild didn't seem to sell it
(to be fair, maybe they could've arranged it had I asked, but I just wanted to order sooner rather than later, so I went with ordering from the available options on their website)

Good quality at low prices will definitely order again

We bought tingle plates for the students to use, I believe these are the best on the market, really well made great quality and competitively priced and Rhinobuild are very easy to deal with.

Fast reliable

Great choice of bricklaying tools. What lets you down is your choice of carrier. They are awful at delivering on time and for that reason I won’t be using you again. Also you haven’t responded to my email regarding my issue.
