This was an annual boiler service. As the boiler is in the garage I just left them to it. They were professional and polite and when finished they pointed out a small defect which was later fixed on warranty. Have used RGM for the past 4? years and will continue to do so.

Very happy with RGM, both with the removal of spray foam and later the installation of loft floor insulation.

Phoned in morning with a leak problem from my kitchen fan, within 2hrs Kev was at the door to fix the problem, which was a sealant problem outside on the grill. Job completed this was a excellent service from RGM

A fantastic installation for my dads new heating and loft insulation, the team put out all the stops to get my dad up & running again so he could have a warm and safe house, which he didnt have before, and it was all done in a day which meant my dad wasnt inconvenienced in any way, as he is disabled and has Dementia.
Went back home to see that the team had put everything back to how it was before the install, even plumbed his washing machine back in, old system and boxes from install all taken away leaving the house spotless. Brilliant bunch of people, workmanship fantastic.

They both worked quickly and professionally, and with great attention to detail. They were friendly, organised, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy.

Kev and David really did a great job - professional, friendly and quick! They let me know in advance exactly when they were going to arrive, explained exactly what they were going to do, and then set about it with no fuss and no bother. Really, I can't think of anything they could have done better!
