RF Security (RFS) provides professional security services for licensed venues, live events and commercial environments across the Midlands and surrounding regions. Our teams regularly operate within busy public environments including nightlife venues, festivals, sporting events and seasonal attractions. We work closely with venue management and event organisers to maintain safe, well-managed environments where both customers and staff can feel secure. RFS currently supports a number of permanent licensed venues and has provided operational security for a range of live events and attractions, including festivals, combat sports promotions and community events. All security staff are SIA licensed and operate under structured supervision to ensure consistent operational standards across all deployments. In addition to our operational work, RFS supports individuals entering the security industry through partnerships with accredited training providers and maintains strong links within the communities we operate in. Our focus is on delivering dependable, professional security services while building long-term relationships with venues, organisers and businesses across the Midlands.

Couldn't stress enough how professional…

Couldn't stress enough how professional these guys were at Replica.
Had some issues with my earring getting ripped out during one of the acts at the rock stage - I approached one of the security staff for a bit of assistance and they helped me get back to the front of the stage to continue enjoying the show (even gave me some tissue to put over it incase it started bleeding)
I didn't get the guys name but I couldn't be more thankful for the help with how hard it is to get to the front of a show like that!

Amazing security firm 100% recommended

Having used RFS for our local pride event can honestly say we’ve never felt safer. RFS hold the doors in our town. The staff are always on hand to help with issues in venues so was only fitting we asked them to be apart of the pride event.
Staff are always smartly dressed in uniform and extremely professional at all times.
What more could you ask for in a security firm?
Would 100% recommend for all events needing security

Reliability & communication

I’ve been using this Security firm going on 4 1/2 years now they have covered Security for me on a bar and nightclub environment. This industry is not without its problems sourcing good staff and placing people in the right places and they’ll always be negotiations to ensure your venue has the best team and I feel this Security firm has been able to provide me with what I require and compromise with me at the same time and would recommend to anyone needing reliability and honesty
