We had an excellectent afternoon, we had a lovely round table in the corner on the courtyard level A. A little disapointed that we paid top price and a few of the dances/scenes took place on the steps next to us and onto level B we couldnt see and barely heard what was being said. If your lucky enough to get a middle table on the courtyard you have an excellent view. People on Tier c who paid less had a all round view. Our food was cold. Portions are very small 1 small piece of beef and 1 tablespoon of lamb each. But the music,acting, dancing and service was spot on. Its a shame you cant request a table on the tier your booking.

Warning: Tier B tickets can still have severely restricted views. Very disappointing customer service.

I attended Mamma Mia! The Party in London and purchased Tier B tickets specifically because I wanted to avoid restricted-view seating.

When booking, the website clearly distinguishes between Tier B and Tier C, with Tier C explicitly advertised as “Restricted View” and offered at a lower price.

I deliberately paid more for Tier B, expecting a better experience.

Unfortunately, we were allocated Table 41, where large structural pillars and elements of the set seriously obstructed our view.

We missed important parts of the performance, particularly the fountain scenes and the staircase scenes, because our sightlines were blocked.

This was not simply a matter of turning around occasionally to follow an immersive performance. We could not properly see some of the key moments of the show from our seats.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the response from customer service.

I contacted the company, provided photographic evidence and requested a reasonable partial refund. Their reply acknowledged that our view had negatively affected our enjoyment, but refused any compensation because Table 41 was officially classified as Tier B.

My concern was never simply which category the table was assigned to. It was that the actual viewing experience felt much closer to the restricted-view category I had specifically paid extra to avoid.

If Tier B seats can have such significant obstructions, customers should be given much clearer information about the limitations before purchasing.

I am especially disappointed that the company chose to defend its seating classification rather than meaningfully address the experience we actually received.

My advice to anyone booking Mamma Mia! The Party: do not assume that paying more for Tier B will protect you from major obstructions. Ask about the exact table and potential blocked views before booking.

For an expensive theatrical dining experience, I expected much better transparency and customer care.

I went with my family when we were in London in late August 2026. It was a terrific and fun experience to be a part of since I am such a fan of the movie and the west end and broadway productions of it. I thought the whole experience the singing, audience participation, the food the service was terrific. Yes its a bit pricy but if you want an experience to make you feel so good, you will love this experience.

First of all I want to say this was a fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to recommend it but a few things to be aware of, firstly we had the cheapest seats and to be fair in my opinion better then the more expensive seats, the only downside is how close the tables are, I got very friendly with the lady on the table behind me, secondly I am celiac and I was really disappointed with my meals, yes, everything came out separately, I got 2 very small bread rolls and hummus and the smallest stuffed vine leaf you have ever seen, a plate of salad which is great if you like tomatoes ( I don't ) my main meal was okay, sadly whilst everyone else tucked into baklava and profeta rolls I ended up with a bowl of fruit so a bit disappointed.
On arrival we were asked if we would like still or sparkling water a little deceptive as we were charged for this, they also automatically added on a service charge which personally is not something I agree with.

We booked a high-category table for the Mamma Mia party but were seated somewhere we couldn't even fit properly. When we asked the team to relocate us, we got no help at all. We then requested a refund of £950, and the managers were dismissive and unhelpful, and there is still no resolution. As a tourist visiting London, having to chase this from overseas afterward has made the whole experience very disappointing. Would not recommend based on how this was handled.

It was an amazing experience. The theater is quite intimate so you really do feel part of the show. It wasn’t too loud either and the performers were extremely talented. Our server was Jamie and he was absolutely fantastic and could not have been nicer.

Avoid the VIP experience the tables are crammed together, go for the seats further back if you want to be able to enjoy the party.

Or daughter chose this for her 12th birthday present. She wasn’t disappointed. It was amazing 🤩. Exceeded our expectations. Music, dancing and partying. Food was beautiful and waiting staff could not have been any more helpful. We sang and we danced, until our feet hurt. We would happily go again. An evening packed with everything. I cannot believe that anyone would stay seated during the evening. A terrific night 🤩

Good feel in place don’t think our tier A was in a great place . Staff not on hand for drinks different staff all over the place considering one introduces themselves and you rarely see them . Food acceptable for such high volume . Overpriced you are literally paying to see Peter Andre in a small venue . It was an ok story but not what you expect. Big thing they put up for end and disco quite ugly and unnecessary disco only lasts 30 mins after not long enough as at times through show if you want to boogie some in A tier seats are told to sit down!
Our biggest dissapointment was the publicised hotel as part of the package the raddisson Blu Canary Wharf it was £25 each way away from 02 so not that close! It was disgusting and had excrement from previous guests that they said they could not get it cleaned so I had to ! Mama Mia the package email so far seems inconsistent convinced it’s AI answering which is not good enough . The room was dated and generally dirty they should not be promoting it . Still trying to sort with them on principle it’s not about the money but the health n safety . Like everything when everything is great it’s all good and we assume we are dealing with good companies however when something goes wrong you find out just how good they are and really how much they care . Sadly I think Mama Mia and its hotel partners are just money machines . So Mr Andre ( who always appears pleasant ) if your management team reads this you may want to think twice with your association with this company .

Amazing immersive experience. We went not sure what to expect however expectations were met tenfold. As a person with over 10 intolerances ( some of which are difficult to cater for) I was so pleasantly amazed with how easy they made it for me. We had a wonderful server called Mo who could not do enough for us. He checked in with me to ensure they had all the right details on my dietary needs and broke down each meal and what I could have or what they could amend it to so I could have something for each course. He went as far as to deliver the food himself to ensure it was correct for me. As someone who has stopped dining out due to the resistance I have received at previous places this was an incredible experience for me. The actors were amazing. The set beautiful and the vibes were 10/10. Many thanks to Mo for making my Hen party the most amazing night!

Amazing day out. The show was fantastic, the food was fantastic the staff were all very friendly and attentive. One of our family is ceoliac and that was a concern however they could not have been any better, she got all her own food and didn’t get excluded from any food type because she is ceoliac.
Overall could not recommend enough.

What a show. Amazing atmosphere, great music and even though I was a bit hesitant about the food, it was lovely. Fantastic to see Everyone including the service staff involved in the show and that they included the guests. We had a great table and the staff all worked really hard. A massive shout out to our server, Rosie. She was very attentive and looked after us all afternoon. Vocals were on point and music great. Loved the whole experience.

We went to the show on Thursday evening and we were not disappointed!
The whole cast were brilliant but for me and my hubby a BIG shout out must go to Debbie (Sam Bailey). She was absolutely outstanding! Good acting, great, strong and powerful voice. I believe it was her first night 👏.
It was very different to have the performers in and around the tables (mostly in the stalls).
There was a drink on arrival. I love a Prosecco and Elderflower but unfortunately they put ice in it and far too much so that it tasted quite insipid.
I cannot fault the meal. Greek salad and dips/bread/crackers for starters followed by a slice of beef and a lamb stifado, both very tender. Potatoes with skins on and roasted veg and a jus completed the meal. Very tasty indeed! There was also a selection of puds. The waiters/waitresses were very attentive too.
The atmosphere was electric and buzzing and everyone seemed to be soaking up the excitement and fun. It really did feel that we were in a large Greek restaurant!
A very enjoyable show. 10/10.

Booked 6 tier A tickets and got nothing special in terms of location in the arena. The show is very short on actual ABBA hits. they are very clearly working the royalty game to minimise cost. half tunes, medleys, rearrangements etc. The plot is just mediocre nonsense. Without the minimal ABBA content this would just be a silly hen night. Food was ok. I went to an amdram performance in my local town the other day where the performance was honest, funny and absorbing. I donated a grand to the venue so such performances could continue. I should have donated 2 grand and given this mamma mia nonsense a miss.

Great night but customer service is SHOCKING.
You can’t leave with any alcohol you have paid for and not drunk which we tried to cancel as no longer needed.

Wow! The performance, the set, the staff everything was beyond our expectations! The food was outstanding. Me and mum and ceoliacs and they gave us our own bread and food. I wish we could have taken what was left over away! Fantastic day and it’s so much being able to eat an enjoyable meal being gluten free
