Where to start! Awful company, avoid like the plague!
Ordered a hair wrap which you put around a bun or small ponytail for depth. Order cost £39 plus £9 postage. After 3 weeks and several emails it arrived, what utter rubbish. It was wrong item, ghastly colour and shoved in a pathetic black net bag! Not worth a fiver! Asked for refund but after 11 emails still arguing with me saying they don’t take returns and to sell it! I told them I wouldn’t embarrass myself by selling that to anyone or simply give it to the dustmen! They don’t care. They offered me 13% I told them NO. Eventually they offered £19 after haggling for days and now I’m contemplating getting in touch with PayPal. They are con merchants and don’t care about their customers. Shouldn’t be allowed, they should be struck off.

I ordered a wig from rewigs.co.uk due to starting chemotherapy. However when it arrived the wig was the complete wrong colour, poor quality, not as advertised and clearly not suitable for a chemotherapy patient as it had hair grips on the underside of the wig.

I raised these concerns with Rewigs.co.uk customer service and requested a return and was advised that the colour difference was due to computer lighting compared to shooting light and this was inevitable when buying online and perhaps I’m just not used to wearing a wig and to try again. Despite the fact the wig I’d ordered was brown and the wig that arrived was red/auburn. When I requested a refund again they said they would only give a 12% refund and didn’t want the wig back due to postage being unpredictable and the time and energy to process the refund.

Very disappointing customer service, particularly as I bought the wig due to starting chemotherapy and now I do not have a suitable wig, am out of pocket due to their incompetence and will have to source one elsewhere.

my mother order wig so she get wrong size, color and stile. i spend already 2 months to return item and get refund. i was send email its only one way how to contact rewigs in same day when wig arrived and we understand that its completely wrong and useless wig. seller was wanna refund just 14% from 115 pounds plus i pay for delivery. now seller keep ignores me fully.

This is really a scam

The wig arrived within the timeframe given but I can't say anything else positive about this company. I ordered a boy cut wig and received an old English shaggy sheep dog wig. It's too long, seemingly the wrong colour and the parting is in the wrong place. There's no way to make this wig look good. I feel scammed. I should have read the reviews before ordering and I would have then known to avoid them. I'm bitterly disappointed and I shall attempt to get a refund but I doubt I will be successful. I've learned a hard lesson.

I have ordered a wig in November , paid £200
plus delivery charge , was waiting for it . In February I have realised there was a problem with delivery, they have not even attempted to deliver it and the item was sent back . Today is May 2021, I constantly contact them in regards of receiving it or getting my money Back, that’s quite big money £200, and I don’t get any response .
It has been more than 5 months till now and I have not received neither the wig nor my money back
Please , be careful, don’t order anything from this website, it’s not genuine English website , it’s Chinese and there is no even contact number to call and get any customer service

Thank christ I looked on truspilot I was sooo tempted when ad appeared on my tablet, I have thinning hair and theses looked amazing so thanks for telling people about this scam site. Why are they allowed to still be selling?

Caveat Emptor. It took 30 days for the wigs to arrive and the quality was shocking, cheap party wigs is about the best description. RewigsUK purport to be from the UK when they are actually a Chinese Company. With a massive amount of hassle and with the support of PayPal I managed to get my money back but it took three and a half months with Rewigs trying every trick in the book to abstain themselves from responsibility and to avoid refunding me. If it wasn't for PayPal I would still be out of pocket to the tune of £150. Only advice I would give would be to avoid these con artists. Dreadful product supplied by a woeful company.

I only gave 1 star so I can write this review. They are a ---00000, they are. '_SCAMMER_'. BIG TiME...... DON'T order from them. They take your money 403.00 of mine and you get nothing they won't respond other than you wait , I've been waiting a month and nothing they sure didn't wait to steal my money , Please do not get screwed like I did . I am just going to repeat what has been written in the other reviews. How is the Chinese Company allowed to do this to so may people, very stressful. Off the shelf wigs, or better still out of the box. Bogus website, nylon hair, not the style ordered or colour. Three months to be delivered and as for that Lily, I smelt a rat. Thought that I would never be SCAMMED, but lesson learnt trust your Trustpilot. Now fighting to get my money back. No doubt not as much as some people paid. And the cheek of it wanting to give a percentage of my hard earned money back. PROTECT THE BRITISH PEOPLE FROM THESE SCAMMERS, PLEASE. It is a pitty that I could not could not give company a minus.

Absolute scam. They based in China. Quality was shocking!! I sent it back and after much hounding received £100 refund (from circa £180 spent in total). AVOID!!!!!

This company is a scam. I spent £161 to get a wig and some accessories. I waited for almost 2 months and all they did was gave me excuses from someone called Lily.
I eventually raised a complaint with Paypal and asked them to refund my money.
What they did was send me something like a ball of synthetic hair and no details to send the item back.
I really do not know how to proceed with getting my money back with Paypal.
Has anyone got any idea of how I could proceed with getting my money back.
I am pleading with everyone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not to order anything from this company.
This company needs to be closed down and the website scrapped.

I suffer with alopecia and decided to buy my first topper. Now I can't forgive myself for not reading the reviews on here first. I purchased a £150 human hair topper. It was so cheaply made that I would never wear it out and nothing like the picture, not to mention the colour was completely wrong. I emailed with the company back and forth for MONTHS trying to get a refund. After I was tired of fighting I agreed to a £40 refund but to this day I never received it. I tried to sell the topper but it's so horrendous that no one will buy it. This company is a scam, they are based in China with a UK domain to deceive customers. The package took over a month to arrive. They also use pictures of high quality products but send you cheaply made, horrible quality ones. AVOID.

Unfortunately, I was another victim to this bunch of scammers. The wig I ordered arrived after 2 months, was completely the wrong colour and about half of the size that I was expecting.
After getting nowhere with 'Lily' at customer services and being offered 13% of the price back to keep the wig, I finally (after several weeks) managed to get a full refund via PayPal. This was after returning the item to China. I made sure to send copies of all shipping documentation to the team at PayPal.
This company should not be allowed to trade, full stop. Avoid at all costs!

Those wigs may be regarded as a clown artifact, I ordered two of them and the disappointment was huge, they did not fit and resembled not what was on display on their site! I would urge people to avoid the scam and deceitfulness of this company.
I found wigs of quality for men with "Raoul wigs, honest and reasonably priced and of great qualities, the opposite of Re wigs .

I ordered from this compnay beleiveing it to be UK based, i was wrong, it was only when the payment went through that i realised this company is not inthe UK, even though they have a UK email address. I emmediately cancelled my order, but was told that wasnt possible as my wig had already started to be made, i find that hard to believe that within 24hrs they had started .
i have sent loads of emails and had minimal response, i have contacted Paypal with no joy, my last resort has been to contact y credit card company who are now hopefully going to help resolve the situation.
Please do not use this company they are poor beyond belief

Please do not use ReWigs, they are a scam, ordered a wig, it is nothing like the picture, it comes from China it is horrendous they charged £80.00, but it's worth £10, they have not replied to my emails, I paid via PayPal and will claim the money back from them, they are scammers, I wish someone would shut this company down from trading in the UK, the wig looks like something a child has made, just terrible.

This SCAM company are piggybacking onto my company name Lemonade Wigs Limited.. we have absolutely no affiliate with rewigs they are a SCAM company. LEMONADE WIGS IS A LIMITED COMPANY REGISTERED TO MY NAME NICOLA MATTHEWS IN N IRELAND! AVOID REWIGS AT ALL COST!

This is a scam. You pay in full for a joke shop wig and when you complain you are offered a 13 percent refund.
Stay away from this hoax site.

I have moved on,but I don't want anyone else to fall victim to the horrible Lily.
