Do not have anything whatsoever to do with this Chinese company! They’ll take your money and supply you with junk. Don’t bother selecting a specific size and model of wig you’ll never receive what you ordered. When you complain, and you will! They may offer you a part or token refund but only after you return their rubbish wig back to China. We did just that but, despite parcel tracking to their specified location they denied ever receiving it. I’ve now seen at least two different return addresses amongst the long list of scammed customers. PayPal know all about REWIGS or Gedao as they also call themselves but seem powerless to take them to task. In fairness to PayPal they did subsidise part of the cost of returning the wig to China. But then PayPal refused to award my dispute to me three times, always favouring the seller, but I kept trying and eventually they gave me a part refund voucher, probably just to get rid of me! Undoubtedly PayPal were as fed up with. REWIGS as I am. I’m still raging about the whole experience these crooks took my money, supplied rubbish and got away with it. Don’t go near them, you have been warned!

The worst ever company I dealt with in a long time. Poor quality, description of products advertised incorrectly, no aftersales customer service and return policy is a battle in it’s own right. People who send inconsistent replies. First advised I should keep it and I will be refunded 13%? And thereafter advised I need to take their offer of £11! (Which is 25%) and if I dont accept it I must return it and bear all cost and insurance for returning it to CHINA!? Huh??? Meanwhile they are advertised as a UK company? This company needs to be shut down! Worst ever experience and given up fighting for my money that they took - hope they sleep well. I would not feel proud owning or working for this company. Look at this reply. After sending ample proof of the product measurements - pictures and explanations. I honestly do not know what trouble I have been in… the only trouble is ever buying from this place.

Do not order from this company. The quality was shocking and the hairpiece was not as described. When I requested a refund I was offered less than half the cost, to, in effect 'go away'. A return address in China, was supplied with instructions to put a value of £20 on the customs form. Thankfully, because I contacted Paypal quickly (I had used that method of payment as a guest) & they had not released the money I got a full refund.

I gave 1 star to these and cheaters because there is no zero stars. This company claims to be based in the Uk but it is not ( first lie) It took mire than 3 wigs to get the product ( paid dearly: The wig they sent was completely another model as I had ordered an 8 inches wig and the one i received is scarcely 2 inches long! They also sent the Wrong size! I ordered Average and they sent Small ..so I cannot fit it to my head!
I still have the enail receipt with all specifications so I cannot possibly be wrong.
Please save yourself heartache and money and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS REWIGS COMPANY!!!

I can’t even give this scam China company who preys on customers. The wig was false advertising and when asked for refund they denied til I said I had cancer and lost my hair. They then said “we want you happy, what you take for refund?” I said $200. They came back with $70 minus other costs. I said no, and they said “ if you don’t take offer, send back all items” to which I replied why would I do that, so they could resell and take advantage of another person? U.S should investigate this company and shut them down. Except they would pop up with a new name. What a shame. I’m sure they are taking advantage of their workers as well. I’ll be researching this.

Absolutely shocking company. I paid £65 plus postage for a wig. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. I requested a full refund. They told me to take the wig to a hairdresser to have it cut and offered £12. I again asked for a full refund and they advised to return the wig. It was sent on 26.07.2021. I've now been advised on 15.09.2021 that the wig was held by Customs in China and they will refund 50% which I have refused. Do not use this company.

8 weeks I waited & £178 for something that didn’t remotely resemble what I ordered. A cross between a Miss Piggy wig & Bette Midler - you get the idea….

I ordered a wig for mum. When it arrived it was salmon pink and synthetic. £186 for something worth £1. Mums going through chemo so this was very distressing. Thank goodness I payed with pay pal. My advice is go straight to the resolution centre and escalate the case, refuse anything offered by the seller and wait for PayPal to refund you which they will. Do not return the wig as it’s expensive!

Hi ,i recently had an experience with this company and it was not an unpleasant one ,(unpleasant
yes because the wig i ordered was too big) a wig which i was informed regularly on where and what was happening along the way .Unfortunately it was too big as stated and i was offered to either send back for a refund which was to china and extra costs etc.or take a 50% refund which i excepted and received within hours and i want to thank lily thank you .

I’m giving 1 star to this company because at first I was pleased with my purchase and ordered another but this last one was completely the wrong colour and the quality was nowhere near as good!!! They make every excuse under the sun as to why it’s your fault and not theirs!!! I’d steer well away from this company! I’m definitely voting with my feet!!!

I ordered 2 wigs whilst on chemotherapy costing £245.

They are not a UK company but based in China

The wigs looked nothing like what I ordered and when handling the wigs the hair was falling out.

The after service is awful. Everything is by email.

They offered me to keep the wigs and to reimburse me 13% of the original cost

I refused and kept pushing

In the end they reimbursed me £196 after many emails

I couriered the wigs back that cost me £30 but at least I was able to prove it had been delivered when they said they never received it

Yep...just like the other reviews....these guys are dodgy. I ordered 2 human hair wigs and got 2 for free. I paid about $90 Australian all up. The worst part was when when we went to resell online, we got a bit of a thumbs down because the wigs 'weren't' human hair. We acknowledged and apologized. But the best part was that we paid through Paypal, got a full refund and 4 free good quality synthetic wigs. So do what I did, but go through Paypal, dispute and enjoy your synthetic wigs!!! :)

This is a scam company. They sent a hairpiece which was completely the wrong colour. I complained. They asked me if I could dye it (!). I asked to send it back for a refund. Was told to send to an address in China at my own cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!! After receiving the wig, it was thinner hair than expected and the hairline was all over the place - totally unrealistic! After requesting a refund, this ‘customer service’ - if you can really call them that - using the name of ‘Lily’ continued to stall me for weeks with pathetic queries and ‘advise’ even though I kept saying that I wanted to return it and have a refund. After offering me 12% back and to keep the wig, I knew I wasn’t going to get anywhere with this company, so contacted PayPal to help. After all the hassle I had, I gave in and accepted the £65 offered to me through PayPal but wish I had declined it as I paid £184 originally. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND SHOULD BE STOPPED!!! Wish I had read all these other reviews before I purchased from here. Never again.

This company have used my photo without my consent. I’m 💯 certain the wig you receive will look nothing like the picture. This company uses photos of real people’s hair not the wig they are selling

I ordered a human hair, blonde mid brown highlighted style prior to chemotherapy. What I received was a joke. Yellow, nylon no style.
Seller does not comply to her own returns policy.
I emailed straight away. There is no contact number, as she states on her website. I emailed everyday. I was told in broken English, ‘there was nothing wrong with the wig, I can keep the wig or sell it.’
I looked into getting legal advise. Told her I would not be contacting her again and it’s her responsibility to provide a letter of deadlock, to state she has done everything possible to rectify the problem. It eventually took me to include a third party to get my money returned. Even then the seller emailed to say I can have 15% of my money back.
Please avoid at all costs I would hate for someone else to have to go through this stress whilst dealing with cancer, chemo or not. Sites like these should be shut down and not able to trade.

i have paid for wig on 18 of may and they did not sent any item up to now .the send me email after 2 weeks to tell me that is doing hand made and if i want refound i will receive just 40 % from £ 170.00.thei are stilling our money .it should be a way to stop this kind of sellers.They lie to many people.

Don’t order off this company
I ordered a hair topper in February paid £200 and finally received it April was totally disappointed with what I received it was substandard and tacky and not even the correct colour.
I contacted them straight away and was messed about for months with ridiculous emails.
One even asking could I dye the topper too match my colour and a £36 refund.
Eventually let my bank deal with them.
Please don’t use this company as I can honestly say I got terrible customer service and a very poor quality product.

We raised money for a young girl having chemo and the wig was supposed to be real hair and brown.
A red nylon novelty wig arrived. Complained and they offered us £20 of the over £200 We paid. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN WITH CANCER.

I ordered a £300 wig. It was meant to be a medium brown, 'all hand tied' full lace wig.

It was an awful shade of red, it was just a bog-standard machine sewn wig and about 3 inches too short.

It also had fabric poking through from the top.
Not impressed to say the least.

I contacted customer services, convinced they had made a mistake and sent me the wrong wig. They offered me 10% off.

I refused to budge and so did they.

So I issued a complaint with Paypal. They kept refusing to message via Paypal and kept insisting on email me.

Paypal was also clearly not impressed and issued me a full refund.

Tips for those making complaints to Paypal. Make sure you have taken pictures of the wig and a screenshot of the ad. Show PayPal clearly how the product differs from what you ordered.
