Not happy
Hi, this is the first time I have used the service. I sadly did not get the glasses I wanted due to them not being available, then the team gave me some others to try which was a good idea. I sadly didn’t like these and the one I liked was so warped they didn’t sit well on my face. All going back sadly!

I am sorry that you hadn't received your order yet - from our records, you had left your review within two weeks of placing your order for a pair of glasses with lenses. It can take up to two weeks on average for lenses to be added. I believe that they were posted to you on Saturday, so should be with you shortly. Please do send us a message if not.

Received glasses in good time
Received glasses in good time, but was not happy with the quality for 35 quid, they didn't suit me either and were a bit small. Returned them and was given a refund in good time as well. Good service but not good quality.

Hi Terry, we’re sorry you’re not happy with your order. I’ve just checked our records and you ordered your glasses with lenses 7 days ago. It can take up to two weeks to glaze the frames with new lenses (Though is often less than this) and it’s also been the bank holiday weekend within this time frame. We of course want you to be happy! When the glazing house opens again on Tuesday after Easter, we will call them and follow up on your order.
Refurbished frames at a fraction of designer prices
Good choice of refurbed designer, vintage and retro frames at great prices. Easy to use website and good option to try before you buy (I didn't). Turnaround for getting lenses fitted a little long (2 weeks) - Next time I'll just order frames and get the lenses fitted myself.
All round great - a happy customer!
