What can I say about Retirement Line,we'll they help me out on one of my pension last year and as I was retiring this year they very much done all the work for me . A big thank you to Kimberly and Matthew Gordon, with out thier time and effort to run through the process with me and keeping myself up to date along the process, which ran smoothly and thus I did not need to stress out for they both did it for me.
So all I can say is they are both well deserve five stars for thier time and effort.
So I highly recommend Retirement Line to any one.

Retirement line provided me with exceptional service. Apart from their knowledge they were professional in approach, courteous and reliable. Their communication was superb.

In these times of companies promising much and delivering little, dealing with Retirement Line has been a breath of fresh air. Deciding on a annuity provider can be quite confusing especially if you are not using a financial advisor and although as a broker Retirement Line are not able to actually advise on what decisions you should make as long as you do your research and follow the advice on the Money Helper website Retirement Line will do the rest. I would like to especially thank Rick Holdaway and Ben Payne who made the whole process very easy, I was kept informed throughout the process which took about 12 weeks from my initial contact with Retirement Line through to receiving my first annuity payment which I was very pleased with considering they had to deal with 3 pension providers and 4 pension plans.
So to conclude I would definitely recommend this company.

From my initial telephone call with Jonathan Davis I felt comfortable and assured by his extensive knowledge of available products. He answered all of my (many) questions honestly. I had already completed a lot of research prior to the call but he helped me to make sense of any of the regulations etc that I was unsure of and this was invaluable to me. I chose my preferred product, provided the information needed for Jonathan to handle it for me and received the forms in the post within days. I signed the forms and sent them back and literally within days the process had started. Jonathan explained that my contact from this point would be Ben Payne and sure enough he emailed me and advised how I could contact him if I needed to and that he would update me every ten days regardless. I only needed to call him once to check whether papers sent to me by one of my current fund providers needed to be signed or were already covered by the documents already signed and he went away and checked and then called me straight back and assured me that I didn't need to sign them. I can honestly say that from start to finish the two people handling my purchase of an annuity made it very easy and stress free. Obviously do your own homework but I would certainly recommend them as being trustworthy and knowledgeable which is exactly what I needed at the time. I'm happy with my purchase and it was all wrapped up within around 6 weeks from signing the documents to my product being in place and as they had advised me that it typically takes 8 to 10 weeks I was more than happy with this.

I found that Retirement Line were very professional to work with. Oliver Scott was very patient dealing with my many iterations of Annuity variations. He never used `hard sell` tactics and allowed me to go at my own pace which I thought was particularly good. Once I had decided on an Annuity, Oliver passed me on to a team member, John Quinn, who was also efficient and professional.
After making my decision on what product to buy, I was very lucky that the process was completed within four weeks, amazing!

We shopped around, which everyone should do, and Retirement Line gave the best annuity quote, beating Hargreaves Lansdown by a small but worthwhile margin. Retirement Line were also incredibly efficient at handling and guiding us through the process, which is steeped in regulatory arcanity.
