If I could grade this company with a ZERO star I would.

Buyer beware - these guys are scammers and I am preparing to send them to the Canadian Anti Fraud unit.

Do not buy from them. The clothes are cheap and dis proportioned. Size small could fit an elephant and the company counts on the customers dissatisfaction. No refunds just offers of pennies on the dollar

all the shirts I ordered fit great, we’re very well made, I loved everyone. I would definitely order again.

All items arrived as pictured. Delivery was about 8 weeks from order. Customer service communication was quick. I may purchase from here again. Business is authentic.

I was very surprised to find a foreign exchange fee on my credit card, as these items are sold as American made and shipped. Please explain. Thank you

There is no way the clothes are made in the USA! Waited 7 weeks to get them. Their sizes are not accurate to the size chart! And when I did receive them there was Chinese all over Package. Said it was from Joe Doe!!!? Do not order from this company!!

Shipment took awhile but I get complements every time I wear one of the tops.

I have had the absolute worst shopping experience with this company. I ordered 3 items late July that took until September 7 to receive. The one dress was HUGE. On 9/15/21 I requested a return for this item. I sent 4 emails before I even received a response and they would not give me a return. Kept telling me it’s too expensive to ship back. Offered $10 for a $39 item. I refused. This went back and forth for 6 more emails. Finally agreed to $16 refund just to end the madness. It’s now been 2 1/2 weeks still no refund. Sent 3 more emails and response was refund within 30 days. Bottom line…worst customer service ever!! Unless you know you’re going to love the item and not want to return, DO NOT SHOP here. These clothes are not inexpensive so you will end up losing more than you bargained for. Trust me on that.

Shipping is slow, two out three fit accurately, one just a tad tight. Material is good. They are just a cute in picture as in person. If your close to high side on measurements go up one size.

After waiting over a month to receive five shirts, I was very disappointed in the clothing from Retaica. Two of the five shirts were so flimsy you could see right through them. Another was made differently than the shirt that was advertised. The last two were quite boxy and not at all flattering. When emailed them about a refund, they offered me $18!!! I paid over $150! This company cares nothing about the products they are selling or customer service!

The clothing fit true to size, small. It was a long wait from time I placed order until order was received. All items were good quality.

Great selections and speedy delivery. I’ve ordered already 2-3 times and each one was handled perfectly.

Everything is fine and I like the products but there are no "cleaning" instructions on the labels in the dress. I don't know what they recommend for washing - dryer - hand wash - dry clean - etc.

I absolutely love the tops I ordered. Even though delivery took a long time, I was very pleased with the results!

The products are great. They are well made and fit well. They are much more versatile than what I can find in a store. I would say that one item I ordered was billed as a sweater and it is a shirt. I was disappointed with that. Also, there is a six week delivery time, so you must be patient. But overall I would recommend the company.

The quality wasn't what I expected for the price at the prices they're charging it should be like Belk quality. They weren't. But even though I personally ordered the wrong sizes, I did like the shirts. They were cute. I was not happy that it took 4 months to get my order with no feedback from retaica until I reached out to them but once I did they were quick to respond. I did eventually get it so I'm okay with that.

Good quality, good customer service

The items I received are awesome. Very well made with good quality fabric.
However, it takes a really long time to get your items. So if you can be patient you will get wonderfully made clothes.

Always skeptical about buying clothes online, especially when the prices appear so reasonable. But I am trilled with the items I have purchased. YES, they take a long time to arrive but now that I know it...its worth the wait.

I am very pleased with my purchases. The quality of the clothing is very good and I will order again. I emailed asking about my order and I got an email back immediately. Very pleased!!!
