DO NOT BUY FROM RETAICA!!! I bought several items including duplicates of a couple of items in different sizes so that I could choose one and return the other. Since I contacted them to return items a few weeks ago, they have literally responded to my emails every few days trying to haggle me into accepting a lesser refund! I've never experienced anything like it! I purchased $180 in merchandise and they initially offered me $30 in a refund and to keep the clothes. I told them I don't want the clothes and would return them. After numerous emails, they are currently up to offering me $82. This is insanity!

I liked the items that arrived in terms of quality but I was frustrated with the return/exchange policy. Two of the items were the wrong size and after some negotiating I finally got the right sizes. The other two items were not a good look for me..I tried to exchange them for a different item and this was now possible. I hope you will change and improve your returns.

This company are a bunch of scam artists. The clothes took over 2 months to arrive. Could not find a number to reach them. Did not get one item, one was good and the other 3 did not appear like in the picture and were very poor quality. I’ve asked for returns or exchanges and now they are trying to make me keep it or they will only give me a fraction of what I paid!!! The last email I threatened to report them to the better business bureau… the saga continues! Stay away

The ordering process was easy. I have one item to return and am not getting a response despite multiple emails for the authorization code. Therefore, customer service is not stellar.

Purchase was good. Nothing negative to say. It was as advertised and delivered on time.

Love my new dressy tops! Compliments from coworkers! My only issue is that the button down tops don’t fit as well as the pullover style, they are snug.

If you indicate that you are unhappy with this, you will not be directed to leave a review. There was virtually no communication from this company. One of my orders was refunded with no explanation, and the tracking indicated "awaiting shipment" for nearly a month. They do however, have a disclaimer regarding delayed shipping time but there's no way you can take advantage of the 30-day return policy when it takes so long to receive. I was actually shocked when my order arrived after a month and I do love the items. All-in-all, cute clothes but I probably wouldn't order from this company again. I get it, everyone is struggling.

I must have really liked 2 of the 3 tops because I now have 2 identical tops!

I Saw the sweater I wanted in a facebook ad. I ended up purchasing 3 items all together for the discount and free shipping. The shopping and ordering went simply and as expected. The part that was frustrating for me was the wait time for shipping. I had to email at least twice during the wait time to be sure this was normal. I ordered on Sept 6 and my items did not arrive until the end of October. I would have found it helpful to be informed of the wait time and received an update or two during that time.
Once I received my order I truly liked all my items and have received compliments on my sweaters!

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. When I received my items and tried them on ,they did not fit me. I have tried many many times to get a return authorization and return address from their customer service department. To this date ,they have not sent me what i have asked for. They took the money out of my account the same day I ordered and did not wait until the items had been sent. Worst customer service ever!!! There is NO phone number to call and talk to someone about problems.

Really like the sweaters and the fit to size. Took to longer to receive merchandise.
Only concern is the no return policy if it doesn't fit or don't like, doesn't arrive on time. I ordered a dress prior to this order and it didn't come in time for the special occasion and It didn't fit right.

They took forever to get here, was beginning to wonder if they would ever arrive. of the three items I ordered I am very happy with two of the items for quality and fit. The sweater is a bit disappointing, but decided it was easier to keep than return.

The tops were delivered. I was under the impression that my purchase was from a US business. Based on shipping info it does not appear to be.

I love the clothes that were shipped. They are made well and fit nicely. Very stylish and unique.
I didn’t love how long it took to get. Was a very long wait. I appreciated the customer service keeping me updated and replying to my emails.

Products are great, but waiting almost 2 months for a delivery that is advertised to be shipped from the U.S. is false advertising. I would buy more if it didn’t take so long.

The clothes are pretty nice. Exactly as they were described. They fit excellently.
The time delivery is excessively long, almost 2 months There were not news about delivery until pack was delivered ( more than one months after putting the order). Then one month more to receive it

Was very satisfied. Will order again.
