The people who took our donations were very professional. They went above and beyond. The process went smoothly from booking to pick-up. I highly recommend this service, especially to people with donations that are too large or heavy to move themselves.

The crew were not professional movers. They kept charging more claiming a queen bed was a king and a 3 drawer dresser was oversized. Huh! Terrible experience. I couldn’t reach ReSupply to try to save the situation but I’m on the west coast and they were already closed. Don’t use!

After multiple conversations with ReSupply, I’ve learned that I misunderstood. They use junk haulers with an appropriate business license. They have also adjusted my final bill due to errors in calculating the original charges. I’ve adjusted my review accordingly.

The movers arrived on time, were neatly dressed, polite, and efficient. They were knowledgeable about which items were donatable, and which items (such as an old mattress) needed to go to the dump. We recently moved to a smaller apartment and had to downsize. It was a load off our minds to have them remove the furniture and other household items that we couldn't take with us and couldn't give away.

Truck arrived on time, both gentlemen were courteous and efficient with the process which was quick and painless. All in all an excellent transaction. I'd simply suggest you adopt a military discount for both active duty and veteran military folks.

The moving men were very professional and took great care moving the chairs from my condo. What disappointed me was the actual cost greatly exceeded the original quote. There were many additional and significant fees that increased the quote from $162 to $224+ Things like elevator fee, fuel fee, large item fee, dump fee, etc. Honestly, I would not recommend this service unless money is not a concern.

Easy and simple. They did all the communication and the guys who showed up right on time to disassemble and take away a big heavy bed frame for donation. Everything went as expected. It was not cheap, but it was totally worth my time and energy to not have to coordinate everything myself with the donation center and haul-away people.

You charged me out the ass for “donating” 400$ for a Couch and a Table. What a scam no wonder nobody donates to “Charity” your making more poor people

I wanted to donate a large china cabinet and was able to have it picked up and donated for a small fee. It weighed 260 lbs so was very heavy.

Do not do business with this company! They don’t communicate with drivers and it’s impossible to talk to anyone after time scheduled and nobody showed up. Then they try to resend someone but it was too late. I needed help yesterday! Terrible communication and I better get my refund never pay anything to be put on the schedule!!!

It was so easy to schedule a pick up and the driver arrived within the timeframe specified!

Paid for priority pickup. Driver did not show up on day/time they were scheduled to. When they showed up the next day, I was overcharged. Tried reaching out multiple times to resolve dispute (with photos, receipts, language from their website etc.), but and ended up having to report with credit card company because of their inability to reconcile.

The two gentlemen were very nice and communicated well regarding their arrival time. However, I had a large China closet to donate which one of the men started to drag across the hardwood floor. I asked him not to do that, as it would scratch the floor, and asked if he had furniture gliders. He didn’t seem to know what they were. I gave them furniture, gliders, and luckily, I had a moving company at the house at the same time to give me an estimate for my move. The gentleman from the moving company graciously assisted the two resupply men to get the China closet out of the house and into the truck. If he had not been here to help, I don’t think it would’ve gone as well.
