Lack of humans is a big negative
If you don't ask a question with the exact wording used in the knowledge base, you'll never get an answer. There's no other support. The chatbot is useless, too. There's no way to respond directly to a company that invites you to a project, even if they say to let them know if there's a question. The email address is "no-reply". It's just a human-less application. Sick of these types of enterprises. They must go away.
