I did not recieve a parcel. So I got in touch with Maddy/Velvet Polka & a very nice man called Noel was Brilliant, from when he first got in touch to when my parcel arrived, he sent me emails every step of the way. Well done Noel.

En mayo2020 compré un artículo y a esta fecha no lo he recibido. He mantenido comunicación y siguen buscando retrasar el proceso pues no reembolsarán el dinero. Es una compañía que le falta el respeto y la consideración a sus clientes. Piden disculpas pero nada se resuelve. Lo peor, dicen que el artículo lo recibí, el rastreo de la compañía de China indica eso, les dejé saber que no fue así y nada he logrado. Es triste que gente así desarrolle negocios en línea. Estoy muy molesta.

Please do not order patches from this company my skin is burnt and scarred have photos of my stomach to prove the damage they do please do not purchase I'm in alot of discomfort.

Just color me a "sucker"!! Should have checked the company reviews out first. Ordered a set of wood bits nearly a month ago and still haven't received them. Not interested in spending hours trying to deal with a "Disputes" department--if you want to make this right, send me what I paid for!!!!!! Can't wait to see another one of their ads on Social Media, going to "share" everywhere warning people to block their ads!

I ordered the slim patches and still have them. I used one and used a second one. They burned my skin, scabbed and caused a skin infection. I was recently admitted to the hospital for unrelated illness however the doctor noticed the scarring and asked. I advised him of these patches and showed him the packages as they were in my medical satchel I used. I was advised to report and make a legal claim through BBB, and get an attorney. Am in the process of looking into one to take my case. Not sure what it is in these patches but definitely not what they claim nor anything natural or organic. Buyer beware of imported merchandise that you could take or apply without thorough research.

ANother update they are now offering me . 20% refund to which i said NOPE. I requested 50% back and a shipping label to return the garabage. Still no response .

I foolishly bought snorex thinking it may help a family member . What I recieved was a piece of garbage that smelled horrible and did not work at all. I contacted the seller ( I used paypal to purchase) and they did nothing for me . I purchased 2 !!! one is still closed. They did nothing for us. Total scam garbage 97.92 gone..purchased Garbage ... so the update on this because I don’t want anyone to think they actually did any thing. They said sorry you are unhappy we will extend you 30% off your next order. What? Are you kidding .I am out almost $100 like I am going to send another penny . I would recommend never buying anything from this Seller!!
Total ripoff! Stay away from resilient and all it’s fun sub companies.

Order from them and never get your goods, two months and still not here, just apologies, and two months later items still in China. they are a SCAM. beware when ordering from them.

I have waited a month now still not delivered after reading the reviews I’m glad they haven’t arrived I’ve asked them to cancel my order or if they have been dispatched how to send them back and get a refund !!!! I will let everyone know if they are helpful and give me my money back

Please do your research before you buy something online. I got my patches and I started to use them.....Surprise! I got burned, had a rash, and those patches itched. Now, I have squares in my skin.

Even one star is too much for this company. I ordered slim patches x 30 but only received 10! Paid £40 and instead of the 7-10 day shipping stated it took over a month. I opened a case with PayPal but to be honest they are bee just as bad! They want me to return the item at a cost to myself then with the proof of postage they will refund. The postage is over £20!! Disgusting company I highly suggest you avoid at all cost they are scammers!!

He efectuado el pago del producto. la primera vez el 17 de Junio del 2020... y lo volvi a pedir el 24 de Agosto del 2020, y no he recivido nada de producto ni el renvolso del dinero..que esta pasando el pago se ha efectuado satisfactoriamente. Pero desafortunadamente yo no he recivido el producto que compre , en ninguna de las dos ocaciones. que puedo hacer, o que va a pasar.

I order the slim cycle never received. I reach out to the seller they state they will send out another which they said got lost in shipping. I ask for a refund they said I would only get 1/3 of my purchase price.

I ordered these patches in June and have not heard a thing since.

I ordered my patches in March and I finally received them yesterday, August 1. They are not what I expected but I did receive them.

UOY Media pte never sent my flag. Ten days after my order I emailed them asking if it had been sent and to please give me the tracking number. (I shouldnt have to ask for it.) No response. I sent several emails over another ten to 15 days. I finally got a generic email about a month to six weeks after I ordered that said package delived here is your traking number. When i clicked on the tracking number it was a generic USPS (it didnt look real) that said package delivered to my city with no address. No contact information for lost or damaged packages. Nothing. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. UOY seems like a professional scam company capable of imitating delivery companies!! BEWARE!!

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s been well over 2 months and my orders have not arrived. I believe this site is a scam. If you write them an email complaining, they will send a very lengthy response, detailing all the reasons for the delay. Don’t believe it. Report this as fraud to your credit card company.
