Horrible they take your money no confirmation no order no info never again do not buy anything from this advertisement... you will never receive anything ....

If you go to their website, you'll see that Resilient Media is an advertising company that creates ads on social media. Obviously they're also in the sales process, too, for those companies, and that's why they're taking our money for orders. These reviews are horrible, and I don't know why Paypal doesn't put a red flag on charges from Resilient Media. I too, have an order in the works, only a week, but I've heard nothing about my order. I agree that they're hoping most people will forget about their orders. This is criminal and Paypal should be more responsive to its customers who've been swindeled.

Ordered two shipments via Pinkie Bae and there has been no shipment confirmation and its been over two weeks now. Every time you email them, you just get an automated email back requesting more information. When you reply to the automated email, there are no further correspondence. Do not trust Pinkie Bae. I am trying to reverse the charges via Paypal.

I had a charge show up on my PayPal acct, $25.93 from this company. I did not authorize this transaction and PayPal will not reverse it. I closed my acct. since someone has access to it and placed this order. Tried to contact Resilient Pt. Ltd. no success.

I just sent an email to This company but after reading these reviews all I can say is wow never again I'll be contracting PayPal for my money back.

Was so hopeful to receive product; nothing received over a month now. Paypal working on it. So disappointed in myself for being so gullible

I have also ordered an item through this company on Facebook advert on the 5 July 19 still no delivery although they say it’s on its way but after reading these reviews I wish I hadn’t
I have requested PayPal to get my money refunded, one can only hope!

SCAM!! They took money out of my PayPal account without my authorization. I reported them to PayPal.

OK received my insoles... all as advertised... ordered mid-May arrived mid-July.... don't know f anyone getting a speedy deliver from China?.... got them, and they are in my shoes as we speak.... let's see if I am running marathons in a couple of months?....never run on before.....

Order through peaches/Pears for magnetic insoles, which I paid for, then the company took $40+ USD from my paypal without my authorization!!!!!! / postage, all my emails returned, "mail box full" biggest scam ever.

Im still waiting for my order. Is been over a month still waiting. Don't buy from them. SCAM

I'll give it two stars because I actually did receive the magnetic insoles that I ordered but it took more than 6 weeks to get the product. I have also received a follow up email from PayPal with shipping information clearly showing that the product comes from China. They should be a little more up front about where the products are coming from and just how long a customer will have to wait to get said product.

Giant Scam Company. AVOID at all costs. Facebook is looking at removing their page.

Resilient Media Pte. Ltd is located in China and they use a company called Pears and Peaches as their distributor, 2 important facts that are not disclosed on Facebook. The shipping method, expected delivery time frame ( months) and cancellation or return policy also not disclosed on the link when ordering a product on Facebook. I ordered a pair of Magnetic Reflex insoles on 5/19/2019 I received a email from Pears and Peached on 5/24/2019 that disclosed the shipping time frame. The delivery time frame is not acceptable to me so I emailed them to cancel my order, emailed both companies and only recieved a response from Pears and Peaches. At this time they disclosed their cancellation policy being witin the first 24 hours of ordering and would not be refunding my money for a product that is going to be delivered some time in June to a address I will not have access to after 5/31/2019. Pears and Peaches does not have phone number or physical address on their website so you are forced to communicate with them via email only, BUYER BEWARE! I am disputing the charges with PayPal and requesting a full refund.
