Dion was extremely helpful in getting my truck fixed. The shop had done nothing to my truck for 2 months but once I reached out and Dion got ahold of the situation things finally started happening!

You said the replacement of a thermsstst on my 2014 Buick Verona would be 65% for the part and 35% for the labor Thermostat was $29.08 and labor was 213.36. You were totally wrong.

Repairpal estimate is worthless
Repairpal estimate is worthless. They gave me an estimate of max $140. I scheduled appt through repairpal with Precision Tune. The diagnosis was exactly what was on the on estimate. The actual charge was almost $500. I should have gone to my regular repair shop. Will never use repairpal again...it's useless.
