The man who came was very polite. He knew what he was doing and did his work professionally. I hope I get the same person next time.

As a disabled and neurodivergent household I am very happy with both office staff and engineers. Property always left tidy, always helpful and polite . Any issues engineers always call and update me . Happy to answer questions and assist with queries .

Tony came to service our boiler today.found a problem with a seal in the boiler informed us of the problem and replaced seal so avoiding another visit which pleased me.he did a first class thorough job.was a very pleasant person who was a pleasure to have in my house.

Alpha came today and serviced our boiler. We are in a Council bungalow for the elderly. Very polite and cheerful. Explained one or two things to us. All very good.

An excellent service

When I start to get issues with my heating system or the unit outside. The staff on the phone are so polite they understand people have work, commitments such school runs and can’t be in all day and give a time scale and let the engineers know what time to avoid. They will try to make it so the problem can also be fixed on the same day most often. The face to face staff who come to fix and service the boilers are all really friendly and know their job very well, after a few minutes they usually have a solution. And then good to go. Heros on those cold days get the systems back going and heating families.

Field engineer are very good, can’t say the same about office staff, in overall I can recommend them.

Waited in all day for someone to come and do heating check in my council property but like previous times no one arrived despite me phoning them to confirm my appointment this is totally unacceptable i will be reporting this to my council i think it is about time the council changed contractor's
