Excellent customer service from the booking process to the dismantling and reassembling of furniture. They were great value for money and I would use again for another office move

I give this company 100 percent for…
I give this company 100 percent for being professional, for their super speedy and careful packing and storage of my goods. I found the manager very friendly and approachable and went out of her way to be helpful. After a long storage time, the manager couldn't of been more helpful with the move abroad. Liaising with the moving company and myself making my life alot easier and stress free. Cannot recommend this company enough.
Many thanks indeed for all your support and help

Excellent!
Removals & Storage Experts managed our rushed office move back in the 2020 COVID lockdown. They have since continued to help us sort through 6 large units of furniture and all kinds of office supplies stored at their warehouse. Margo and her team have been incredible to arrange last-minute bookings, waste disposals, transport, and more, all with consistent attention to detail and quality of service. I have been asking for all sorts and they never fail to deliver! I highly recommend Removals & Storage Experts.

Great experience all round
I booked Removals & Storage Experts for a small office move including 1 week of storage and crate hire. The whole process was very painless. In terms of cost they seemed reasonable compared to some other quotes I was given. The team were extremely communicative and helpful over email, and the guys who did the removal work were friendly and professional. There were a few last minute changes needed and Removals & Storage Experts were really flexible. I would not hesitate to book them again.

Easy efficient service
The organisation was effortless. We opted for the full package - pack, move, store, and when we're ready, deliver back to us.
The team arrived on time. Just one issue was that a couple of the kitchen cupboards were missed but speedily rectified once identified.
Invoicing is simple- we receive the invoice on the 1st of each month, and it's paid by DD, so apart from checking the amount, it's effortless.

Professional
I found myself in a bind and called Removal & Storage Experts to come empty a property urgently. Within two hours lots of boxes and things were taken to storage. Great and efficient customer service. They do charge £15 to get to the stored goods but other than that flawless experience.
