Excellent customer service from the booking process to the dismantling and reassembling of furniture. They were great value for money and I would use again for another office move

Best removal experience
Kaspar, Milosz, Bart and the rest of the guys were the most professional removal team I’ve ever had (and I’ve seen a few). They really cared for every object, they were efficient, and they also communicate with you all the time, making sure everything is right. They are just the best.

Professionalism through and through
This is the first time I have worked with Removals and Storage Experts and they were fantastic! We were moving office locations and before the date a representative came out and did a thorough site visit to see what it was that we needed and tailored to our needs; they even gave us a charity discount. On removal day, they came on time, working both professionally and seamlessly from one location to the other. Even going above and beyond when we had a bit of an issues with things that needed moving in our new office, they offered to help get things out of the way for us. I would 100% recommend this company and would happily use them again in the future.

We hired Removals and Storage Experts…
We hired Removals and Storage Experts to help us move our office contents from our office to a storage space while our office was being renovated. They were amazing. We had two really friendly and helpful young men come and pack everything up for us and they were efficient and very quick. The company provided us with good cardboard boxes ahead of the move and we had a great consultation appointment with Demetrios who was both helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend them for office moves and I really appreciate how they made a stressful process so much easier for us. Thank you so much Removals and Storage Experts from everyone at The Historical Association.

Reliable, efficient, friendly, good value
Removals & Storage Experts did a brilliant job. Quote by video call. Advised on a complex move (half belongings to a storage unit; half to a new house); and dropped off boxes to help us start packing. Full packing service the day before worked really well. Nothing got broken or damaged, and the team were in good spirits throughout. Will use again to empty the storage unit in due course!

Hi!
I am sorry! I got your company mixed up with another moving company called Deliver 1 who I had a bad experience with recently. I am very happy with your company’s service! I will be in touch in the future if I need this service again.

Odpowiedź od Removals & Storage Experts
Dear Sonya,
Thank you for submitting your review of our services, however we find this rating to be unjustified, considering our commitment to delivering top-notch quality services that surpass simple man and van solutions.
Upon reviewing our correspondence with you, it is evident that we were transparent regarding our pricing and charges, all of which you accepted prior to the commencement of the job. There were no hidden fees or additional charges, and you were even offered a significantly discounted student rate. At the time of booking, you expressed satisfaction with both the pricing and the quality of our service, without voicing any concerns. We adhered strictly to the quoted price, and to assist with costs, we agreed to combine your delivery with that of your friend, effectively halving the price for the return of your possessions from storage.
It is important to note that our services were provided during a challenging period amidst the lockdown, during which our team went above and beyond to navigate numerous obstacles and deliver quality service despite pandemic-related limitations. Consequently, receiving such a low rating is disheartening.
Considering the aforementioned points, we kindly request that you reconsider your review and ensure it accurately reflects the facts and the prevailing market rates in London.
I am available to discuss your experience in further detail on 0208 351 7101,
Kind regards,
Margo
Professional teamwork

Flawless Service
We took their service for emptying our old house, putting stuff in storage and then moving to a new house and everything couldn’t have been better. The guys arrived on team, were super polite & respectful, were extremely professional and quickly packaged our stuff. I didn’t need to lift a finger. The same happened when they brought back stuff to our new house. Everything on time, and everything accounted for, and everything in its original state. Full stars and totally recommend them.
