My order was complete except for the latches that FedEx lost. Three of the five boxes containing my order were severly damaged and items were falling out of one box. The only reason more items were not missing was, because the items were in plastic bags, which kept additional items from falling out of the boxes.

Great replacement latches
Parts were shipped fast and well packaged. The latches were a perfect replacement on my bass case. I supplied my own rivets, as hardware for various applications will be different.
