Regus's OVERCHARGING AND OVERBILLING

Regus's invoicing and billing system is buggy, I was charged with multiple invoices, even after setting up payment - it didn't go through, I paid manually and it went to black hole, multiple emails and back and forth and IT support tickets didn't resolve it, my invoice remain unpaid despite money transferred. Then I was charged with multiple more invoice for retainer/deposit because I was marked as an account with no auto-payment, and then I was threatened with late fees despite payment being made. In the end my monthly cost should be around SGD 300, but the latest invoice is SGD 1,300 go figure what kind of organization extort their client so much despite their own system failing.

I warn everyone not to contract with REGUS, go with other co-working space

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
We understand that the payments made toward your initial invoices were not promptly allocated to your account, which resulted in those invoices appearing unpaid and caused your account balance to appear higher than it should be.
We are currently working to allocate the payments correctly and will keep you updated once this process has been completed.
We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you, but it’s in the terms of your agreement.
We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.
If you decide to add an automated payment method to your account (which you can easily do through your online account, myregus.com under My Account / Billing and payments), we’ll immediately credit and refund this additional retainer.
A late payment fee was not billed to your account. You are charged based on the services you have subscribed to.
