The Salesperson was not honest about…

The Salesperson was not honest about fees and stated he met me in person to go over the contract and explained all of the fees and if he did not I should have read them for myself. I never met the salesperson in person.

I don't trust a company where the sales people are so use to their rehearsed speech. I would not recommend your company at all for a work space environment.

Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologise if we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from Regus.
I understand that you’re unhappy with the office restoration service fee charged to you. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement; it is a valid charge. On behalf of your salesperson, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you.

Restoration fee for a <2 months rental

The management of the Zona Rosa office is fantastic - kudos to them. They are a great team and make the office a place that is very much conducive to getting work done.
What has completely alienated me is that when the rental agreement was negotiated, the Sales Manager never informed me of a restoration fee (and unfortunately I did not see it in the fine print of the agreement). After a week of discussing with no progress being made and to avoid late fees, I have paid this invoice. Mind you, this is for a <2-months rental...
I have now learned that I will be needing an office for at least 3 more months but given the Sales Manager's/his management's inflexibility, I have now rented an office from one of your competitors. So, Regus gained $423 in "restoration fee" and lost $1,989 (3 months worth of rent)...this shows that short-term gain is not worth it.
