No office policy, loud environment, no air conditioning

It seems there are no office policies in this building, people from various offices constantly speak on loudspeakers, listen to Asian dramas and songs on full volume on their phones. Spoke to reception various times, no change. Spoke to a few such people, full of ignorance, just put the volume up.
Additionally, we have an office for 2 people on the 1st floor, and the air conditioning is not working, making it extremely hot and impossible to work. Reception comment: "I will see what I can do." - 3 months have passed; still nothing has been done.
Very disappointing experience

In relation to the air conditioning, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. The centre is currently experiencing a cooling issue, and our team is actively working to resolve this as soon as possible. While we understand this has been frustrating, we want to assure you that efforts are ongoing. In the meantime, our centre team is available to support you with alternative options where possible.

Be careful guys before you take a contract with them. They will not pay your deposit back come with nonsense excuses and add extra charge, even if you not ask for it or you cancel it

Fraud and uneducated Manager

I have been with Regus for 6 years. from last 2-3 months things are not going well as they are changing the manager quite often. I ma taking about Regus Bath road, there is very bad smell in our room and my staffs vomited and they can't work. when I talked to reception they told me you can change office but the issues is we are working on desktop not latop just unplug and go than I requested them that i will like to talk manager and the Mr Manage came and he told me that he will check the issues in our room and when he came down he mentioned that there is no smell in the room and he is 50 years old and his nose is more sensitive than us so he doesn't find any issue we can work there and also he mentioned that the building is old and this types of issue will arise if we want new building than we can pay more and go to central london and by the way we are paying £1250.00 for office space and he also mention there are other company also working they don't have any issue, I told him another office guy is just here and he also mentioned same thing after that the manager changed his tone and said well i can offer you another room. I ask him that in each office there need to be HSE as my staff vomited due to bad smell but he told me that he is HSE officer of this building and I ask him can you show me the display poster of HSE which he told me it's with Head office and later receptionist guy show me HSE poster with no name on it.
I make a complain about him by writing and it's been more than 3 weeks still didn't hear anything, when i went to reception today that what happen to my complain than the reception guy told me that he replied email saying that it has been sent to Toni's line manager and the complaint is not closed. I asked him when i make complaint they how do i know what happen? the receptionist guy told me yes he replied me with email that he sent to his line manager. i asked him is this your complain policy than he is unaware and asking me what i want?
just thing i have been with them for 6 years and this is how they treat and not a response as this is run by USA company and they just want to make money. I am leaving this office and getting my own rather than making this so called big company rich where they don't listen about their tenant.
They are fraud.
Thank you for the reply of my review and your area manager contacted me but didn’t say anything about that rude manager. They listen my views and hang up the phone. Anyway I have given notice and send email to cancel my contract but still didn’t get response from your team. Your receptionist send me an email that he raise the for cancellation our contract as we don’t want to renew but it’s been 3 weeks still waiting response. Just admit that your team are very poor on communication and need lots of training before they work for you.

The maintenance of our facilities is very important, and we can assure you of our highest standards.
Your concern about the smell you refer to was investigated and although your centre team and city manager were unable to detect any odour, our maintenance team visited the following day as a precaution and they too were unable to detect an odour in your office, neighbouring offices or the corridor outside your office; we offered you an alternative space (which you declined) but will continue to monitor the situation.
We are committed to the highest standards of integrity, honesty, openness, and professionalism in all our activities, and I can only apologise if a member of our team gave you cause for concern. I assure you that the situation was properly investigated by our area director, and you were contacted by another city manager soon afterwards because of this.
Your centre team is your main point of contact, and they can escalate any issues on your behalf if the need arises. You are also able to raise queries through the ‘Help’ section of your online account (Myregus.com).
A member of my team has contacted you directly to discuss your review and you centre team remain available to you should you have further questions.
