j avais besoin d une adresse commerciale aux etats unis. Pendant le temps de la recherche j'ai été en contact rapide et facile avec une de leur employée. N'étant pas sur de l efficacité, j'ai choisi de payer au mois le mois. Une fois que le contrat a ete signé il a ete plus compliqué de rentrer en contact avec un de leur représentant. Ils se sont mis a me facturer des prestationsn café, cuisine, etc.. indues, n'étant jamais sur place. Cette adresse n'étant pas reconnue en tant que "adresse commerciale" par les organismes officiels ,dont les banque,, et devenant complètement inutile, j'ai demandé à mettre fin au contrat. IMPOSSIBLE avant la date anniversaire. Alors qu'ils m aveint augmenté le loyer de 10%, ils avaient passé mon contrat en contrat annuel. Soit, je me suis fait pigeonnée, je mange mon chapeau et je paye le contrat jusqu au bout. Mais ce n est pas fini, je demande le remboursment de la caution, et là, miracle, ils ont, sans me le dire, des problèmes avec mon copte en banque, et versent le montant de la caution en avoir sur mon compte !!!!!! Au total plus de $12000 pour rien, et aucun contact, personne ne répond
depuis ils m ont répondu et m ont dit d attendre le 21/8 pour avoir la caution sur mon compte en banque, pour une demande de juin..., mais nous sommes le 22 et pas plus de caution que de beurre en broche, d'ailleurs quand je vais sur mon compte regus j'ai toujours un avoir du montant de la caution et ....roulement de tambour....aucun moyen pour récuperer cette somme
aujourd hui le 29/8 et malgré des promesse répétées, je n ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement de ma caution. Quand je payais avec un jour de retard ils me facturaient 10% du loyer, je me demande de combien ils vont me dédommager pour 2 mois de retards ? allez à la louche je pense que si je dis 0 je suis proche de la réalité.

Je suis vraiment désolé d'apprendre que vous êtes déçue.
Nous veillons à ce que toutes les questions concernant les services, les frais et les conditions de renouvellement soient clairement abordées avant la signature d'un contrat. Le service de thé et de café à volonté a été rapidement crédité après que vous nous ayez informés qu'il n'était pas nécessaire.
Les clients reçoivent des rappels par e-mail avant chaque renouvellement, indiquant les tarifs, les conditions et la possibilité de résilier le contrat si les services ne sont plus nécessaires. Nos dossiers montrent que vous avez accepté deux renouvellements.
Vous souhaitiez enregistrer votre entreprise en utilisant nos services. Nous vous avons informé lors de nos premières conversations que le Delaware avait ses propres exigences spécifiques qui échappaient à notre contrôle et nous vous avons encouragé à vous assurer qu'elles étaient conformes avant de vous engager. Si vous souhaitez discuter d'une modification du service afin de pouvoir procéder à l'enregistrement, veuillez vous adresser à l'équipe de votre centre.
Nous sommes conscients de l'importance du remboursement de votre acompte, et notre délai standard n'a pas été respecté cette fois-ci. Nous vous présentons nos sincères excuses à ce sujet. En raison d'une récente mise à jour de notre système financier, votre remboursement prévu pour le 28 juillet a été retardé. Il a été traité avec succès le 11 août et devrait parvenir à votre banque d'ici le 21 août.

Terrible customer service. They tell you one thing and do another. Do not use them! The sales team tells you one thing and their rude attendants say something else. There is no customer service person to speak with. There is only robotic chat. And they Lie! See their comment below. My phone number works just fine. No one has called. This is the future of business and it is AWFUL! Run! Do not use them.

I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
After investigating we have found that the reason for your complaint seems to be that you are unsatisfied that we invoiced you from the start of the agreement. You signed an agreement for a virtual office on a 12 month term starting 5 April and you state that you were told that no invoicing would take place until the compliance process was over, but you have also not provided any of the requested paperwork. All agreements are invoiced from the start date on the agreed with the customer and I have not been able to find any information showing you told anything to the contrary.
Please be assured that the Regus team will be happy to assist you through the compliance process and are here to answer any questions you may have.
