Rather disappointed that an eco-friendly company has started using generative AI marketing. Products are fantastic, no need to use the same generated images as everyone else, especially when you're trying to get individuals to be more eco friendly. Unsubscribed from marketing emails and will seek out a truly eco friendly company.

I made 1 purchase from this company
I made 1 purchase from this company. Thereafter I was plagued with emails from them. I unsubscribed on each occassion, but to no avail. I can't reply to their emails and I can't stop them. Terrible cpmpany.
Further to my review of 9th I can confirm, in spite of my complaint and the cpmpanies acknowledgement of same, I am still receiving nuisance emails.
If I could award zero for customer service, I would.

We’re sorry to see this review, but we do feel it gives a very misleading impression.
Marketing emails are only sent where a customer has actively opted in to receive them. Making a purchase does not automatically mean someone is signed up to marketing.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe option. Once an unsubscribe request has been successfully processed, that email address should no longer receive marketing emails from that list.
If you were continuing to receive emails after unsubscribing, the sensible thing would have been to contact us so we could investigate the email address and find out exactly what was happening. We would have been more than happy to look into it.
Leaving a one star review describing us as a “terrible company” without giving us the opportunity to investigate or resolve the issue feels extremely unfair, particularly when the complaint relates to marketing preferences rather than the purchase itself.
We are always happy to help when customers contact us with a genuine issue, but we also think reviews should give a fair and accurate reflection of the situation.

I find the fact you don't have to lumber bottles and boxes from a supermarket appealing. Gives you more room for biscuits. They give a super wash whether using the scented or unscented. Their delivery is spot on and the cost is great.

To much plastic packaging
I have ordered several times but was disappointed to find that most of the products in my latest ordered arrived in DPD plastic bags despite the website stating that they don’t use unnecessary plastic packaging. I can understand that there may be some kind of requirement from DPD to pack liquids in the bags for transport but there is no mention of this on the website, also some of my order was powder that I specifically buy because it is in plastic free packaging and then it arrived in an added DPD plastic bag, totally negating my reason for choosing the product in the first place. I complained and received a very defensive, condescending reply from customer service. I will not be ordering from them again.

Just to clarify, the DPD bags used in your order are 100% recyclable and made from 75% recycled plastic. As you have rightly pointed out, DPD requires liquids to be packed this way for transport, so this is not something we can simply remove when sending certain products.
We do understand that customers choose our products to reduce unnecessary plastic, but there is an important difference between unnecessary packaging and packaging required by a courier to safely transport specific items. Where this packaging is required, we still aim to make sure it is as responsible as possible, which is why the bags used are recyclable and made largely from recycled plastic.
With powders, there can also be occasions where additional protection is used to prevent damage or leakage during transit. This is done to make sure the order arrives safely and avoids wasted product, failed deliveries, replacements and further transport emissions.
We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the explanation you received, but we do not agree that using courier-required protective packaging undermines the purpose of the products themselves. Our aim remains to reduce unnecessary plastic wherever possible, while still making sure orders arrive safely and meet courier requirements.
Sent damaged stock & complaint ignored
The 2 packs of eco laundry sheets I ordered arrived in broken and torn boxes. They had clearly been despatched that way as the outer packaging was in perfect condition. I emailed info at REGN twice with photos to complain. But though the email seems to have been delivered, they have not replied. I will try and buy my Eco Laundry Sheets somewhere else.

UPDATE: The retailer's argument is legally invalid because the courier failed to complete the service to my address. Not only am I entitled to a 14 day cancellation with a full refund, under UK law, a parcel is not legally "available for pickup" if it is left in a completely different postal district due to courier failure.Because they failed to deliver to my home address twice and then misplaced it in Camden, the delivery contract was breached. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain the retailer's risk and responsibility until they are physically delivered to your possession at the address provided at checkout.
It's actually crazy the lengths they'll go to not to refund me the original postage cost.
The fact they're trying to justify this is also wild (see response below). Royal Mail failed to deliver multiple times. That's not on me. They took it to a random collection point in Camden, nowhere near my address. Also not on me. I only chose to get it sent back because my hands were tied and they advised me to. There's no way this is legal.
Original review: I would not shop here again. Kept arranging delivery attempts with Royal Mail, but twice nothing turned up. I mentioned this to them and the fact that I didn't want to keep arranging failed deliveries, or collect from a post office that was not remotely local. They told me to leave it and that the item would be sent back at which point I'd be refunded. I was fine with this as these things happen and it was no biggy. But now they are refusing to refund the original postage cost. They never mentioned this when they advised me to leave it. This is also illegal as the service they chose failed. Not me. They need to take it up with Royal Mail instead of making me responsible for them not delivering or taking it to the correct collection point. Have been going back and forth for months now, first wanting a refund then waiting for the item to be returned back to them so I could get my refund. I was very patient despite not getting the item in time. This is really really disappointing.

We’re sorry to read your review and we do understand this was frustrating.
To give some balance, the Royal Mail tracking shows that delivery was attempted, the parcel was then available for redelivery or collection, and we also advised you at the time that these options were available while the parcel was still in Royal Mail’s network.
You later chose not to arrange further collection or redelivery and asked for the parcel to be returned instead. Once the parcel came back to us and was processed, we refunded the cost of the items.
The original postage cost was not refunded because the order was dispatched, Royal Mail handled the parcel, delivery was attempted, and the parcel was then made available for redelivery or collection before being returned. The postage service had therefore been used.
We completely understand that you were unhappy with the collection point and with Royal Mail’s handling of the delivery, but this was not a case where the order was never sent or where no delivery attempt was made. We also cannot control where Royal Mail hold parcels after a missed delivery.
We always try to be fair with customers, but we also have to be fair to the business. In this case, the item cost was refunded when the parcel was returned, but we do not agree that the original postage should also be refunded where the postage service had been used and delivery options were available.
We’re sorry you feel disappointed, but we hope this explains why the decision was made.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had trouble unsubscribing. We do not want to send emails to anyone who no longer wishes to receive them.
All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link at the bottom, which should remove you from the mailing list automatically. If that has not worked for you, please contact us with the email address the messages are being sent to and we can check this for you.
Defraud
Any item purchased can never be returned or refunded. Products 'not sealed' so get out clause of 'hygeine' rule. Company chooses to not seal. Other similar companies Jude and Modibody allow returns and refunds. Products are not true to size ordered so never fit but never can be returned. Defrauding customers out of their money

We’re sorry to read your review, but we do need to clarify a few points.
We do accept returns in line with our returns policy and UK consumer rights. However, some products cannot be returned once opened or used for hygiene reasons. This is standard for personal care and intimate hygiene products, and it is not a “get out clause”.
The fact that some products are not sealed does not mean they can automatically be used, opened or handled and then returned. Hygiene restrictions can still apply depending on the type of product and its condition.
Regarding sizing, we provide size options and product information at the point of purchase so customers can choose the size they need. Where the item received matches the size selected at checkout, this would not be classed as the wrong item being sent.
We strongly reject the suggestion that we defraud customers. We are always happy to review genuine issues, but we do have to apply our returns policy fairly and consistently.

Good customer service but not for hard water areas
Good customer service, but if you are in a hard water area really don’t try these. They left a dreadful white film on metallic surfaces which was hard to remove afterwards. Very disappointed. ☹️
