We are sorry to read your review, but we do need to clarify the position.

The address service you purchased provides a genuine business/registered office address service. Many clients successfully use our addresses for business correspondence, Companies House, HMRC and banking-related correspondence with a wide range of providers.

However, we do not and cannot guarantee that any specific bank, payment provider or financial institution will accept our address for account-opening purposes. Each provider applies its own onboarding, KYC and address verification rules, and the final decision is entirely theirs.

Wise, in particular, distinguishes between a company’s registered address and its trading address. Their own guidance says that a trading address must be the physical location from which the business operates day to day, and that a trading address cannot be a PO Box, mail forwarding or receiving service, virtual office, solicitor/attorney office, or business registration agency.

That is a Wise policy decision, not a failure of the address service supplied by us.

Our address is a real address and the service purchased remains available for its intended use. It is not “worthless”, but it may not meet Wise’s separate trading-address requirements if they require your actual physical trading location.

Thank you for your review, although we are naturally disappointed to see a 1-star rating — particularly as your account with F******** CONSULTING LIMITED** has been active, functioning correctly, and fully supported since you incorporated your company at our address on 10th July.
Your account was fully activated on 5th August, once the required ID was finally supplied.

We have reviewed your records and can confirm:

Your Registered Office Service was activated immediately and has remained active without interruption.

All official mail from HMRC and Companies House has been received, processed, scanned and forwarded in line with the service you purchased from the moment ID verification was completed.

The service you purchased is intentionally simple and does not require dashboards, portals or configuration. We automatically scan and email all mail from HMRC & Companies House and notify you of any other items received for your company.

For these reasons, we are unclear what is meant by “almost a ghost service”, as every element of your Registered Office facility has been delivered exactly as described and without any reported issues.
