For clarity, identity verification is a legal requirement for all clients using our services, and we use a certified UK Identity Service Provider (TrustID) to carry this out in line with anti-money laundering regulations.

This is the correct process, as:

The verification system is operated securely by TrustID (not Ghost Mail directly)
Their team is best placed to troubleshoot device or document issues in real time

In most cases, where there are technical difficulties, the issue is resolved quickly by:

Using a different mobile device
Ensuring good lighting and a clear passport scan
Following TrustID’s direct support guidance

We note that support was already in progress when this review was posted.

We take reviews seriously, but it is important to correct a number of inaccurate statements in this case.

Your service has not been completed because **you have not provided the basic information required to deliver it**, namely:

* The **company name** the service relates to; and
* The **mandatory ID verification**, which has been requested multiple times (including again today).

As a regulated provider and Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), we are **legally prohibited** from forwarding or releasing any mail until identity verification has been completed. This is not optional and applies to all clients.

In addition:

* We cannot locate or process mail without knowing which company it relates to
* We cannot release statutory mail (including Companies House or HMRC correspondence) without ID compliance
* There is no issue with our address receiving mail — the issue is that your account is incomplete

Your claims that the service is “a scam” are therefore **entirely incorrect and without basis**.

We have responded to your requests and re-issued your ID verification. As soon as:

1. You provide the correct company name; and
2. You complete the ID verification process,

we will be able to proceed immediately.

If your company registration is urgent, the quickest way to resolve this is simply to complete the required steps, which take only a few minutes.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we do need to clarify the facts for accuracy.

This service was:

* **Purchased and fully provisioned**, and
* **Identity verification was completed**, meaning the account was fully activated in line with regulatory requirements.

As clearly stated on the product page and in our Terms & Conditions, this is a **business service** and is **non-refundable once activated**. Activation includes account setup, address allocation, and completion of compliance checks (including ID verification).

Your cancellation request was received **after the service had already been provisioned and activated**, and therefore falls outside of any cancellation rights.

We have not ignored your request — we have applied our stated policy consistently and in line with the terms agreed at the point of purchase.

If your circumstances have changed and you no longer require the service, we are of course happy to assist with next steps (such as removing the address from use), but the original service remains valid for the period purchased.
