Avoid these online number plate sellers unless it’s DVLA !
Have been after a number plate advertised online for sale with several number plate sellers , they take your money and let it sit in an account gaining them interest , contact is minimal if at all then after several months of waiting you get told it’s not available , tried reghunters who also trade as plate hunter and private number plates from different addresses , admittedly I never transferred any money to these 3 companies this time as I learnt my lesson , it has taken 2 weeks to get a response from these regarding the number plate - emails / numerous online contact forms , it appears no commitment is given from the seller that they actually have the plate , you pay for it and wait endlessly thinking that you are the proud new owner , not the case if they don’t get any response from the seller , all I’m saying is don’t build your hopes up as just because it’s advertised and you pay for it with your hard earned cash doesn’t mean to say you have bought it , tread carefully

Although normally it takes a while to sell a plate, once a buyer was found Reghunters were excellent at guiding me through the sale and supported me through the required paperwork - really helpful with very quick responses. Thank you.
