Habe das Einbauschrank System bestellt und wurde dazu exzellent telefonisch beraten. Qualität und Preise stimmen. Bin auch nach einem Jahr noch sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

I ordered the STEP - Modular Shelving. Really pleased with the quality and they look great. They arrived within the time stated when I placed the order. I had a couple issues when it arrived, but customer service were very responsive and resolved things impeccably.

The products are solid with no quality issues and reliable solidity to them. Including the service for custom shelf sizes - absolutely flawless. Support is exceptionally good - the shipping company managed to damage one of the packages, reached out to support and the replacement item was shipped out the same day in *extra* reinforced package just to spite the shippers :D

Great product, good quality for the price. Yes, it is not easy to put up but that’s mostly down to the base fabric of the UK walls not being straight/levelled. Looks great - would recommend

Commande d’étagères Step et Border, les produits sont de qualité et l’envoi est rapide. Le rendu une fois monté a conforme à la présentation en ligne. Nous avons reçu les colis et une partie de la marchandise endommagés. Nous avons alors contacté le service client par e-mail, qui nous a répondu dans les 5 minutes (vraiment) et proposer deux options satisfaisantes pour régler le problème. Nous recommandons cette entreprise sérieuse et professionnelle. Rare dans le monde du meuble …

Ich kann Regalraum auf allen Ebenen nur loben. Die Planung auf der Website ist selbsterklärend und unkompliziert. Bestellung, Kommunikation und Abwicklung ohne Probleme. Die Ware wird perfekt und nachhaltig verpackt geliefert. Die Aufbauanleitung (Regal Boon) ist übersichtlich gestaltet und verständlich. Von der Optik und Qualität des Regalsystems bin ich absolut begeistert.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist bestens. Mir konnte wegen eines Ersatzteils sofort und unkompliziert geholfen werden.
Obwohl ich meine hohe Ansprüche zu haben kann ich nichts bemängeln.
Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Solid piece of furniture. Difficult to build, but sturdy and not “cheap”. They forgot to send me tracking for one of the boxes, but customer service was quick

I ordered 3off of 80cm black shelves. They arrived impeccably packed, in perfect condition. Easy to fit to a block wall with the provided fixings - just take care to mark & drill accurately.
I've used them to provide easy access to most of my CD collection. They work perfectly - no sign of bending or sagging. Very Pleased

Sehr gute Qualität und brauchbare Anleitungen. Haben inzwischen schon drei unterschiedliche Regalsystem bei Regalraum geordert, und waren stets zufrieden. Zuletzt musste ich für ein vorhandenes System eine Ergänzung ordern, wobei mir zunächst ein nicht passendes neues Modell zugesandt wurde. Nach kurzer Nachfrage per Email habe ich jedoch das passende (Alt)-Teil unkompliziert und ohne weiter Kosten erhalten. Das nenne ich Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Weiter so!
