Bought a phone. Flagged a charging port issue. No contact for over a week bar generic ai response. Do not touch with a barge pole.
I typed in to google refurbished AirPods and refurbishedmobilephone.com came up. Straight away the price attracted me as I didn’t want to spend a lot. I placed my order, nice and simple. A few day... Zobacz więcej

#Says it all when their reply to my review does not even match the complaint!

Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience but we have to deny this claim that these are not genuine airpods, these are seller-upgraded and refurbished.
Please note that these are replaced with aftermarket Grade A OEM Parts and we can't compare them with brand new as the quality may differ because of the refurbishment process.
If you are looking for flawless quality and performance, we request you to kindly buy brand new Apple Airpods from our website with Apple Warranty, these brand new items start from £240.00. These are refurbished products and that's the reason why they are cheaper than the brand-new ones.
You are still covered with the seller warranty as well as eligible for a full refund but for that, we have to get the item back so that we can raise an investigation with the suppliers. We source thousands of items from different suppliers around the UK so until we get this item back we are unable to recognize the supplier or from which batch it was sold.
Regards
Dave

DO NOT BUY - SCAM WEBSITE
I ordered a pair of refurbished AirPods. The item received was a clear fake - Chinese packaging and cheap box. I have the original box from Apple to compare it to and it was worlds apart.
I asked the company for a refund and return address and they sent me an address in London to return to. I sent the item back 1st class recorded by Royal Mail, however they have claimed the item was never returned.
Please do not buy anything from this company, they package up cheap fakes and try to claim they are real.
A complete waste of time and money.
