Extremely poor customer service. The product was exactly as shown on the website, but the delivery was delayed and customer support was completely unresponsive to my calls, WhatsApp messages, Instagram messages and emails. I received the order only after mentioning that I would file a formal complaint against the brand. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to purchase from this brand again.
The worst customer service experience. Ordered 4 rakhis and got only 2. Now they are not even replying anywhere on whatsapp,email or calls. Fraudsters they are.
Utter complete fraudsters. The product is made of cheap resin and the colour started wearing off within 2 weeks itself. Also their return and refund policy is loathe-worthy.

Dakshis is totally fraud. I was promised for 2 piece of product but they send me one . Later in the name of refund they took another 2000 and they want to invade my bank account. They contact people in the name of COURIER and do all fraud with the customer. The whole company seems fraud and never buy any product.

They never repspond on text or email. I bought Karanguli and Rudraksh Chain with buy 1 and get 1 free but they only sent one Chain and one rudraksh as complimentary. I had also bought the brcelet which never came. After dropping multiple whatsapp texts, calls and emails but they did not bother to respond. Please don't buy it from them.
