Very poor quality, not recommended, the stone was cracked and chain was of very poor quality

Do not buy from them. I purchased two bracelets—one black tourmaline and one fluorite. Within just a month of use, the thread on the tourmaline bracelet broke and all the stones fell out. I’ve never seen such poor-quality string. Even local temple shops selling similar bracelets use much stronger and more durable bands.

I also noticed many similar complaints only after my purchase. My mistake was not checking the reviews beforehand.

They are SCAMMERS. They sell coloured glass and fake painted products as crystals. All the images used on their website are fake images. Do not fall for this scam and waste your money. They don't even refund the amount. They don't even provide certification as they sell fake products.

The owner Priyanka Gupta runs Ads on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube to con people and steal their money which is re-used to run ads again and fool more people.

Quality of the product is not good . I bought a citrine bracelet. The quality of elastic was so poor it could barely hold the chips for 15 days. And the customer care is of no help .

I recently bought their amethyst and rose quartz knot bracelet.
Firstly, the payment was deducted from my bank account but was showing as order cancelled at their end.I ended up sending mails and messages to get it sorted.
Then I finally received the order today but the crystals does not seem real at all, their appearance is like plastic crystal and have come in a very thin thread.

Poor quality of product and service.

Bad quality products. They are not rplying properly. They are replying with attitude and after that i did'nt get any rply from their end. When i ordered the product , they rplied quickly and after complaint , they are not eben bothering it as if they already knw that product they send is not good

Not satisfied with their services, they send faulty products. Bad after sale service.

I won't recommend anybody to buy products from Shubhanjali .
I placed order from their instagram store on cod basis.
Just after 2 days I received a call from Delivery person that product will be delivered in sometime .
Delivery Partner was Delhivery Platform
Till 3 days i continuously followed with their delivery person , they were asking me to take the parcel from their Mehrauli office .
If I have to take the parcel from their place then what is the purpose of ordering online.
I complaint Shubhanjali team , but they didn't gave positive response , i was said they don't have the responsibility of delivery , it is the fault of logistics .

They won't take any responsibility for delivery of items.

I wont recommend anybody to buy from that platform.

I purchased senelite palm cristal but I really sorry to say in this packet there was no instructions paper was. And I messaged on there what's app but they dint reply till yet.they called me due to some resons I couldn't attend the call after few hours I call them back one girl picked the call then I asked how to charge can you tell me she said I will call on what's app no but she didn't called or message me. I am really disopointed by shubhanjali store. Never gonna buy anything from now onwards.

This company is totally fraud.i order some bracelet but change my mind and cancel immediately but no refund come and also I contact customer support those people asking for my bank account no,IFSC code etc.this is the way to know my account balance and empty my bank balance

Recently I ordered from Shubhanjali, and the experience was terrible. No tracking was provided by them as usually happens when you order from any website, and despite multiple follow-ups, the order was not delivered on time. Customer service blamed their delivery partner and refused to take responsibility. Please purchase at your own Risk.

I ordered a few crystals, bracelet and pendant. There were 2 different pendants of same stone, they sent me the different one and when i tried to seek help and asked for exchange then they started ignoring my messages, there's no refund or return service and customer support will only respond before purchase. If you are facing any issue after purchase, they won't even respond properly. And one more thing, they don't follow instructions and there's no authentication proof.
