Makes buying online so much better!
I’m much more likely to buy online from a brand if I know they use refundid. It makes ordering and retuning a really seamless process. I love that you can get the post office to print the labels for you too. Just makes it all so much more convenient

Such an easy process - and the money lands directly back into your account with 7 days to post the items back. Gives you peace of mind instead of constantly checking every 2nd day wether your refund has landed.

Refundid is a very straightforward…
Refundid is a very straightforward service-which I am grateful there is an option of! I do agree with other feedback around postage labels needing to be easier to access, however, this hasn’t effected my overall experience, and I think this is a good needful service for the brands that have chosen Refundid as an option. Highly recommended!

Took a few attempts to resolve refund…
Took a few attempts to resolve refund however this may have been system difficulties. After attempting a month a so later, it was super easy and my refund was processed straight away.

Refundid is easy to use, it’s easy to lodge returns from multiple stores and it’s very quick. It’s also great to be able to receive your refund with some stores before you’ve sent the return back. Very easy process.
