Easy and instant refund
This was so easy and instant! I can’t believe the money was instantly back in my account even though the item had not yet been received by the company. It was an exceptionally quick and trouble free process with the postage label emailed for printing which meant I could package the item at home and point. The postage label emailed box. I will definitely use this again. So nice to have a high trust model in a world that seems to increasingly devalue that quality.

wonderful idea
I think this is a wonderful idea and wish more shop would use it, seeing we reshipping on line more, myself being a pensioner find if I shop on line and my purchase doesn't fit or is not as expected I am not out of pocket waiting on a refund to reorder and if you are purchasing on sale you need to rebut in a window of time or before the item sells out, it is simple to do, very please with it
