Redwoodmain Recenzje

Proper scam ! Show you one thing and delivery something else ! Chinese fake rubbish cheap clothing ! Honestly do not buy !!!

J'ai commandé et payé suite à une publicité en ligne sur YouTube.
Depuis avril j'attends, impossible de joindre le marchand.

Horrible. It is one of those companies that has a normal seeming return policy on the website, but makes you email to request a RMA. When you do that, some AI program sends you automatic responses offering you instead a partial refund of the price. I have been trying for almost a week to get the RMA. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NOT RETURN.

The shoes were gagbage, no quality at all. $80 shoes, $50 to send them back to the UK. Total scam.

They shipped a pair of shoes that didn’t actually resemble the leather showed on line. The package arrived and smelled terrible. After requesting a refund and return label they offered 15% off to keep them and then I replied not interested as the shows didn’t even appear to be real leather nor did I know the return shipment would be international as the the website shows TX. They responded with a 30% discount to keep and provided a return address in London. This company is deceptive and fraudulent in what they display on line them actually ship.
Not to be trusted!

Awful company, sent the wrong size items then offered me a 15% discount on another order. They will not send the correct size without me returning the order at my expense. Aside from that the material is very fliumsey and i suspect they are aware as they dont place any maker labels or wash instructions. There communications are slow and wont reply untill you send 3-4 emails.. amatures !

Redwood Main is a SCAM
DO NOT PURCHASE

STAY AWAY!!!!! . Absolute scam. Be warned, do not make purchases on this site. (Redwoodfinch.com) They also steal your credit card and personal data.

Very poor quality, sizes are all wrong and customer support is the worst i have experienced. Keep away from this company

The cheapest shoes. Low quality, ill-fitted, ridiculous and not even genuine leather. That would be the worst of it except returns are even worse than the purchase. This company will respond to your refund request with a thousand ways not to return the shoes. Fine, but when I decline you don’t fight me over it; you take the return. Obviously I do not recommend, not for anything.

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM

I was scammed. I bought boots for fifty euros and received nothing.

Do NOT buy anything from this scam company. My order was not received and you are not able to call or contact anyone. When I click on the link in their scam emails, Norton warns it is a scam site. There is no phone number. My credit card company is in the process of removing the charge. DON'T GET FOOLED.

I purchased shoes, paid for them. Received a tracking number, never received anything else. They claimed they were "moving to a new warehouse". Total Scam.

Took weeks. Low quality. Two of three items showed up in wrong size. Write them an email to fix. No response (yet).

Avoid this merchant.

STAY AWAY…BIG SCAM! SAVE YOUR $$$. Product looks amazing on their site and social media, you get nothing ..not even remotely close to what they’re showing you.
I placed an order for 3 large shirts, received 3 extra large shirts. Extremely cheap made shirts… horrible quantity! Tried to call the company many many times ..no answer. Company showing Austin Texas address on their site, and if you ask to return the merchandise after MANY emails back-and-forth, they sent you UK address to ship it to. IMAGINE THE COST TO SHIP to UK, and most likely they will claimed they never received it because you will never see your money back.

Never got merchandise from 1/27/26. Tried to cancel after reading reviews. Agent never got back to me. Scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are a scam and will not return your money. Horrible horrible company.

Complete SCAM! Says they are from Texas, but the package comes from China. Trying to return the items because they were not anywhere close to the pictured items purchased (AI pictures used) and were the wrong size, they want the items sent to the UK. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
