A vital resource and fabulous team
I have regularly used the services of the Red Tape Team for the past 5 years of residence in Germany. I cannot rate them highly enough for attending to all manner of needs - from a translated marriage certificate to coaching us through loss of employment and the first stages of our residence and citizenship journey.

Fast and convenient.
I was really worried after being denied the translation service by 3 translators. Luckily I found Red Tape and they have done exactly what I need: Bank contract translation. I was really surprised how fast it was. They started on a Friday and by Monday the next week the translation was done.
I got the translation of the documents by post and also got the certificate of the translation. I am happy they also send it to the bank. I can only recommend their service.

I had a great experience with Kathleen during my counselling session at the Agentur für Arbeit. She was highly professional and made complex information clear and easy to understand.
