i can honestly say ---that the whole team was excellent keeping me updated either by phone or letters----ok they take a med amount of fees---but well deserved every penny----also i got money that they made sure i got my money that i didnt know i had to get ------it was a nice sum too----my claim started in august and commpleted by november-----job done---WELL DONE ---

Never Never Never use this company - a total waste of my time and yours. Constantly Harrassed by their phone calls to start with and paper filling in etc, and it was the same paperwork all the time. Then everything goes quiet and you think - ok leave them do their job. Just phoned today for an update and guess what they closed the case some 6 months ago and havnt bothered to inform me or should I say the pathetic little voice at the end of the phone said "oh your query goes back too far and the bank don't hold the details anymore" eh hello should you not of been in touch sooner and said this. What a waste of bloody time.

Please do not use they have taken 42% of my claim, even though when you apply it says 30%. Please, please read the small print and any reviews they are NOT a company I would recommend at all. Complete Rip-off

they plagued me, phone calls, texts, emails, I'm still awaiting the carrier pigeon!! they sent me a cheque for £9.11 and then an invoice for £4.30, so their charges are 45% disgraceful, they should be shut down

Leave well alone full of bulling and unprofessional monkey s happy to help untill something gose wrong then are rude and threating avoid like the plage .

I had a few phone calls, a few letters and then everything stopped, waste of time! After months of waiting I still don't know if I'm owed money so am having to start all over again with another company.

Really do save yourself the time and effort. You may as well do it yourself as they don't bother to do anything after the promise you the world initial contact. My claim is nearly a year old, I have provided them with all the account numbers and then get letters asking for more information, clearly because they have done nothing with the information I have already given. All of my account numbers came directly from MBNA which took me two minutes over the phone so guess what....yes they can find me !!!!!

I have nothing but praise for this company! I received a phone call on my mobile phone which I answered back in March/April this year asking if I would be interested in making a possible claim for PPI ! The young man was very polite and not at all pushy so I decided to go ahead with it! I thought I had paid PPI at some time In the past but I couldn't remember any specific details. All I have had to do since then is fill in a questionnaire and speak to Red Star a few times! In mid July I received the fantastic news that I was going to receive a payout which after Red Stars fees would leave me with a net total of £8500 !!! Since then I have been told I will be receiving 2 further smaller payments in the next 2 weeks! So if you think you have even the smallest chance of claiming any PPI back I would definitely give Red Star the opportunity! They have been brilliant for me!!

phoned tps registered number loud noises down phone over talking staff. asked when i registered told them its none of there business i check my number and am still registered. inappropriate behavior i would not trust with personal details as obviously are incompetent at record management
